[3 team events in 1 week] Busy? Definitely. Tiring? Of course. 😅 But many people ask me, “Why do you keep doing this?” ->Because it’s for the team ->Because building a strong business and a lasting brand doesn’t happen overnight. ->Because I believe in creating a culture and environment that people will remember. On Tuesday, we conducted our Career Seminar 👔 to continue attracting like-minded advisors who want to grow together with us. Even though it was a weekday evening, many candidates showed up — and many stayed back after the session just to continue conversations with our advisors. The financial advisory industry is never an easy path. That’s why it is always encouraging to meet hungry, driven individuals who are willing to learn, grow, and build something meaningful together 🔥 On Thursday, we had what I call “HWP Day” 💪 The day started with our compulsory meeting and training session to ensure our advisors stay updated, focused, and aligned in business direction. I’m proud to share that HWP has continued to outperform our team’s results from last year 📈 During the session, I also shared our initiative of leveraging AI to improve engagement, lead generation, and productivity tools for our advisors. 🤖 AI is not the future. AI is NOW. And this is only the beginning. After training, we moved into our team bonding session 🎮🏀 — arcade games, sports activities, laughter, and conversations everywhere. At HWP, we strongly believe that culture matters. We want a team that feels like family, where sharing openly and growing together becomes natural 🤝 To end the day, we had a karaoke session 🎤 …and let’s just say there were many hidden talents discovered that night 😂 One full day of happiness, connection, and memories ✨ Then on Saturday, we conducted our Estate Planning Seminar 🏛️ for clients at a prestigious lounge. Despite the heavy rain 🌧️, the event was still fully packed. Clients learned about the 3Ds and 3Es of estate planning, and every attendee will receive a 1-on-1 estate planning consultation with our advisors. This wasn’t just another engagement event. It was a practical workshop designed to help clients complete a proper standard Will and better prepare for their family’s future ❤️ And this coming week, our team will be attending the Company Gala & Awards Night 🏆 Honestly, we don’t know what awards we’ll be winning this year. But as I always tell the team — awards are just by-products. As long as we are growing together, helping clients, and delivering real value… then we are already winning 🙌 #TeamCulture #Leadership #FinancialAdvisory #EstatePlanning #AI #GrowthMindset #TeamBonding #FinancialServices #CareerGrowth #HWP

Why do 20 people wake up early on a rainy Saturday morning… voluntarily travel to Tanjong Pagar… and sit through an estate planning seminar instead of sleeping in? Because deep down, many of us know one uncomfortable truth: We spend decades building wealth… But many families spend less than 30 minutes planning what happens to it. 😅 And of course, someone asked the question: “Why not just ask AI to write a will?” Fair question. But writing a proper will is a bit like using WebMD to diagnose ourselves. Sometimes it works. Sometimes suddenly every headache becomes “terminal illness.” 🤣 Estate planning is more than typing names into a template. Every family situation is different. Multiple properties, blended families, CPF nominations, business ownership, young children, overseas assets… one small mistake can create delays, disputes or outcomes we never intended. That’s why our clients chose to spend 2 hours learning from experienced estate planners instead of relying purely on Google, AI or “copy-and-paste” templates. And for making the effort, they also get to do their will at a discounted rate. The session covered: ✔️ Why a will alone may not be enough ✔️ Common mistakes families make ✔️ How to avoid unnecessary legal complications ✔️ Why estate liquidity and LPA matter more than most people realise Having peace of mind knowing our loved ones won’t be left confused, stressed or financially burdened during an already emotional period. Estate planning is not about being pessimistic. It’s about being responsible. If this is something we have been putting off for “one day,” feel free to contact me. For those who are serious in doing their will properly, I’m also happy to help arrange a discounted rate will writing voucher (first come first serve) for you. Just PM me to arrange.

If there’s one event that consistently brings Singapore’s income investing community together, this is probably it. The annual 𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐬 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 is back again, and honestly, it has always been one of the more meaningful gatherings for investors focused on building stable and sustainable income over the long run. Jointly organised by ShareInvestor Pte Ltd , InvestingNote , and REITAS (REIT Association of Singapore) , with support from Securities Investors Association (Singapore) and SGX Group , the event brings together investors, industry leaders, and market practitioners to exchange ideas, perspectives, and real-world investing insights. And in today’s market environment, those conversations feel even more relevant. With interest rates, inflation concerns, and geopolitical headlines still driving market sentiment, many investors are starting to ask: “Beyond REITs, what else can help strengthen a long-term income strategy?” That’s exactly what I’ll be sharing about during my session: 🎤 “𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐓𝐬: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨” I’ll be sharing some personal thoughts on: • Why REITs can still serve as a core foundation • How income-focused ETFs may complement a portfolio • Diversification, accessibility, and navigating different market cycles The key idea is simple: Complementing, not replacing. If you are a REIT investor, income investor, or simply someone trying to build a more resilient long-term portfolio, I genuinely think this symposium is worth attending. Beyond the presentations, some of the best insights often come from the conversations and shared perspectives across the community. 📍 REITs Symposium 2026 📅 23 May 2026 📍 Suntec Convention Centre 🎤 My session: “Beyond REITs: Building a Stronger Income Portfolio” at 10.15am at the Engagement Zone. The strongest portfolios are often not the ones chasing the highest yield, but the ones built to survive different market cycles. Markets don’t move on numbers alone. They move on narratives, confidence, and sometimes, pure speculation. . Had a great time joining Tian Tian C. at MONEY FM 89.3 on The Business Report to discuss some of the biggest market talking points this week. . We spoke about NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang joining President Trump’s China trip, and what that could signal for US-China tech relations moving forward. Beyond the headlines, it is another reminder of how geopolitics and markets are becoming increasingly intertwined, especially in sectors like semiconductors and AI. . We also touched on the surprising reports surrounding GameStop’s takeover ambitions, what it says about today’s market environment, and why investors should always separate hype from fundamentals. . Closer to home, we discussed SGX Group -listed names including Genting Singapore and Valuetronics, as well as the buzz around the Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop collection, which once again showed how strong branding and consumer psychology can create massive market attention. . What I always enjoy about these conversations is this: financial markets are never just about charts and valuations. They reflect human behaviour, sentiment, ambition, fear, and confidence, all happening in real time. . In today’s market, information is everywhere. Perspective is what matters most. . Thank you Tian Tian for having me on the show. Podcast link in comment. #MoneyFM893 #TheBusinessReport #TalkMarkets #tradeSGX #danccs

Why Your Portfolio Needs International Exposure (Even in Bull Indian Markets) • With the 'India Investing Story' in full swing, many investors naturally assume: 'Why look globally when our domestic markets are performing so well?' But here's the risk: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂: Currency diversification, Sector exposure you can't get locally, De-risks India-specific regulatory/political risk. • 2025 served as a humble reminder of why 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. The international markets, like the U.S. and Europe outperformed Indian equities as global tech and AI-driven stocks delivered stronger returns than the Indian indices. The Real Question is not 'Should I invest internationally?' but 'Can I afford NOT to?' 10-15% of portfolio in international = Reasonable diversification. What's your allocation?
