My highlight of last week's amazing Planview Connect conference was moderating The Catalyst for Change customer panel discussion. The topic - how organizations are transforming the way they plan, prioritize, and deliver - is something we're all working through. Change leadership is essential. And having four change leaders share their stories was something special. Jerry W. , Nicole Branson , Trisha Fortune , and Rehan Baaqri each came from a different place: industries, dynamics, starting points. What struck me was how different their journeys are and how much they have in common. The challenges are real, the people side is everything, and the impact each has made in their organizations is impressive. It was my first time moderating a panel. Definitely not the last. 🙂 Thank you Jerry, Nicole, Trisha, and Rehan - y'all made it easy. 🌟 #PVConnect26 #ChangeLeadership
May 2026Yet again, absolutely incredible Planview Connect at Hollywood, Florida last week!! Once again #PVConnect26 brought Planview customers, partners, Planview executives and teams under the same roof (or to put it literally, by the ocean!) for a few days of energizing conversations ranging from a fantastic keynote by Matt Zilli on how enterprises can truly drive true outcomes and unleash AI, Louise K. Allen ’s product vision and strategy keynote, multiple customer and partner experiences and success stories; hands-on breakouts, focused executive discussions, a lot of candid conversations and a great social together! A high octave tone set for 2026 for our customers and Planview! Special shoutout to Jenna Stewart, PMP for the collaboration on the amazing Logbook case study shared with fellow customers. A full-house and interaction was not a surprise. Nayantara Gautam thanks for supporting across various sessions! #PVConnect26 #Planview #LifeAtPlanview
May 2026Making History at the #Infosys #GCC #Conclave #2026! Proud to share that Planview is the Digital Sponsor for the very first edition of the Infosys GCC Conclave - a landmark moment in India's GCC story. The timing couldn't be sharper. With 2,000+ GCCs now calling India home, India isn't just participating in the global enterprise story - it's writing the next chapter. GCCs are no longer back offices; they're boardrooms. No longer cost centers; they're value centers. No longer running on outputs; they're driving outcomes. And today, on the stunning #Infosys #Bengaluru campus, the leaders shaping that future are all in one room - Nandan Nilekani, Salil Parekh , and industry voices from across the AI, enterprise, and innovation ecosystem. (Yes, even #BrianLara - because the best innings are defined by how you play the long game.) At Planview , we believe the next decade of GCCs will be won on governance, value assurance, and AI-powered execution - and that's exactly what we're here to enable with our #AI -powered #Strategic & #Project #PortfolioManagement #Platform . Partnering with Infosys on this inaugural Conclave is a privilege, and a statement of where we're placing our bet: on India. On GCCs. In the future. Meet our team at the event if you haven't already: Harsh Vardhan G - Chief Strategy Officer, APAC, Planview; Rajeev Chadha - VP & Country Manager, Planview India, Sruthy Thampuratty and Akshay Anand . If you're at the Conclave, come say hi - we'd love to talk GCCs, AI, and what's next. This is the right room. The right time. The right partners. Let's build what's next. #InfosysGCCConclave2026 #Planview #Anvi #GCC #AIFirst Matt Zilli Cameron van Orman Pete Brawerman Hamilton Chock, Jr. Manoj Kohli Vishal Dhawan Wesley Coelho Nikhilesh Garnepudy Jalaj Bhardwaj Chirag R

Apr 2026Your executives aren't ignoring your reports. They just can't act on them. If the PMO's job is to enable better decisions, not just document activity, then visibility and reporting deserve a serious upgrade. Planview's Savvy PMO Guide tackles exactly this. The core idea: effective PMOs provide *six* layers of visibility, from project health all the way up to real-time executive intelligence. Most PMOs are stuck at layer one or two. What separates the savvy ones? ✅ Dashboards tailored to each stakeholder's decisions — not just their role ✅ Portfolio-level views that connect individual projects to strategic goals ✅ Visualisations that make trade-offs, risks, and opportunities impossible to miss ✅ A seat at the table as a strategic advisor — not just a reporting function The PMO that masters visibility doesn't just report on the portfolio. It shapes it. Worth a read if you're ready to go beyond the status update. 👉 https://okt.to/xhacbD #PMO #ProgramManagement #PPM #Reporting #BusinessStrategy #PortfolioManagement
Apr 2026Just got back from Italy. Still processing the trip, but also thinking about what actually moves the needle in Customer Success. It's easy to point to end results. Numbers on a slide, renewal rates, logos retained. But those outcomes don't start at renewal. They start months earlier, in decisions most teams aren't tracking yet. I was recognized for having a top performing customer retention at Planview in 2025. I'm genuinely proud of that, and I want to be clear about what it actually reflects. Strong customers, great internal teammates, and a lot of alignment across moving parts made that possible. But it also reinforced something I've been building toward for a while now. Retention isn't saved at renewal. It's shaped long before that conversation ever happens. A signal gets noticed. A decision gets made. An action gets taken. All before the risk becomes obvious to anyone watching a dashboard. That's the real difference, not more activity, not better reporting. Better timing. Earlier detection, faster decisions, deliberate action. When you get those three things right, you stop chasing outcomes and start creating them. Coming back from this trip, that's what I'm focused on. Not just doing the work, but continuing to sharpen the system behind it. Most teams work harder. I'd rather work with more intention.
