Last week I was in a room just like this. Different people, different backgrounds, different levels of experience with AI. Some were excited, some were skeptical, a few were just there because their boss told them to come 😄 But something shifted as the day went on. People started asking real questions. Not the polished kind but the honest ones. "Wait, I still don't get this." "Can you show me that again?" "So how does this actually help me in my day to day?" We're all somewhere on this AI journey. Nobody has it fully figured out. And the people in that room reminded me that the best thing we can do right now is just keep learning. Keep asking. Keep showing up. If you're feeling behind is OK. trust me, you're not alone. We're all figuring this out together. Happy Sunday. Go easy on yourself this week 🙏 #AI #Learning #Growth
May 2026A wonderful day spent volunteering with Hiichiikok Home for Children Care at KL Bird Park 🐥🦅🐧✨ Fun Fact ! Do you know? 🤔 Baby flamingos are fed with special red “milk” made by both parents 🦩The red colour comes from the food flamingos eat.
May 2026We often chase after the AI rush - however successful productionising & scaling will require pragmatism and getting the unsexy fundamentals correct. Good insight - multi agent orchestration failure & the resulting cascade particularly stood out.
May 2026Packed schedule. Squeezed this in anyway. Spent the late evening at the Google Chrome event and it reminded me of something I truly believe in. Optimism isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up even when the path ahead isn't fully clear. The AI space is uncertain. Nobody has the full picture. But good things about uncertainty is that there are challenges ahead, but there are also solutions and opportunities we haven't even imagined yet. That's exactly why we can't afford to stay comfortable. The future doesn't wait for a free slot in your calendar. So no matter how busy life gets, squeeze in the discovery. Walk into the rooms. Have the conversations. Stay curious. Is okay to ask stupid questions. Better outcomes don't just happen. They happen because someone chose to show up.

It’s all about making fulfilment faster, smoother, and honestly just better for brands trying to grow in e-commerce today. Small steps, but meaningful ones for the industry. #posmalaysia #etaily #posfulfill #enablers #fulfilment
Apr 2026𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗣𝗦 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀? If you’ve ever booked a ride, ordered food, or used an app and then been asked, “How likely are you to recommend this to a friend?” - that’s #NPS . You give it a score from 0 to 10; that single number is supposed to capture how the experience felt. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Not as a one-time reflection, but in the same way we use it for products, consistently. Every time we complete something, whether it’s a big milestone or something as routine as getting through the day, we pause for a moment and ask: would I recommend this experience to myself, and give it a score. This question shifts how you evaluate things. We’re used to judging outcomes - did it work, did it succeed, did others appreciate it - but NPS focuses on how it actually felt. ...Imagine applying that lens inward. You might close something important, something that looks significant on paper, and still find yourself giving it a 6 because it drained you more than it fulfilled you. At the same time, you might spend an hour doing something small, something that no one else sees, and rate it a 9 because it felt deeply aligned. If you do this repeatedly, patterns start to show up. You begin to see what you naturally lean towards, what consistently energizes you, and what you keep doing despite quietly scoring it low every single time. Because in product, NPS isn’t valuable because of the number itself. It’s valuable because of what it uncovers - the gap between what we think works and what actually does. Applied to yourself, it becomes a mirror. Over time, you stop relying on memory and start seeing clear signals of what is actually worth your time and what isn’t. Some of the things you’ve been chasing might score lower than you expected, while some of the things you’ve been overlooking turn out to be the ones you’d consistently recommend. We build feedback loops for products. Maybe it’s worth doing the same for ourselves. Based on your activities, just take a second on the task and rate yourself on how you felt doing or delivering it. Picking up kids from school, completing a work project, anything really. Make a quick note on your phone or in a notebook. 𝗔𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗡𝗣𝗦. It’s simple: - Count how many of your scores are 9s and 10s - those are your promoters. - Count how many are 0 to 6 - those are your detractors. Ignore the 7s and 8s. - Now subtract the % of detractors from the % of promoters. - That number is your personal NPS. - A positive score means more of your life feels worth recommending than not. - A high score means you’re consistently spending time on things that genuinely work for you. - A low or negative score is where it gets interesting. It tells you that a large part of what you’re doing… you wouldn’t actually recommend to yourself. And that’s probably worth paying attention to.
