I’m looking to add a few people to our team for a start date this summer. This is a good fit for someone who’s competitive, wants to make real money early in their career, and doesn’t want to sit in the same spot for 5 years waiting on a promotion. A few things that make P1 different: • Fully paid medical for your entire family • Salary + commission structure • 15% profit share • Young, motivated team • A lot of freedom and upside if you’re willing to work for it This isn’t one of those “entry-level” jobs where you answer emails all day and hope for a 3% raise every year. It’s fast-paced, challenging, and performance-driven, but the people who buy in do really well here. If you’re graduating soon or looking for a different path in Central Arkansas, shoot me a message. https://lnkd.in/g24sX2Uv

Amazon launching its new Amazon Supply Chain Services has the entire logistics world paying attention right now. FedEx and UPS stocks dropped immediately after the announcement. Feels like another reminder that logistics is evolving fast and the companies that win will be the ones that combine technology, communication, and execution better than everyone else. 🚛

A couple months ago I posted that I was open to new opportunities. Since then I’ve gotten really clear on where I bring the most value. In my last role I scaled monthly profit from $705 to $17,717 in 5 months and hit 223% quota attainment. More than anything though, I realized I enjoy what happens after the deal closes. Building relationships, helping customers succeed, and growing accounts over time. In the meantime, I’ve even been going door to door in my neighborhood offering junk removal just to stay active and keep sharpening my sales skills. It reminded me how much I enjoy connecting with people and creating opportunities out of nothing. That’s why I’m focused on roles in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or SaaS Sales. If you know of a team that values someone who can build relationships, take initiative, and drive real results, I’d love to connect. #OpenToWork #CustomerSuccess #SaaS

At the end of February, I threw down a challenge to the team: hit our goal, and we celebrate with our first-ever work happy hour. Well… in March, they didn’t just hit it—they blew it out of the water 🚀 • 218% of forecast • +$52,537 in MoM revenue Safe to say, the celebration was well earned. We took things off-site to a 4-story obstacle course- Proud of this team for showing what’s possible when execution meets momentum. On to the next one.
