Those who know me know I'm serious about organizing my time. My family runs on calendars - and when I need to pick up kids or handle errands, I want my work calendar to reflect that automatically. I used Reclaim for a while, but kept hitting limits, especially around controlling what gets shared and how it appears. And not every company is willing to let you connect third-party tools to their calendar system. Then I was chatting with Tomas Ruzicka about agentic development — what works, what doesn't. Turns out he had the exact same calendar problem... so I thought: I have a real use case, someone to build it with - why not just build it? So I did POC, brought it to him, and we've been building it together since. That's how CalendarPipe was born. The key insight: blockers can be delivered as email invitations. Your company's security team doesn't need to know or approve anything — it just works with any calendar that accepts email invites. Under the hood, the sync is powered by a programmable function, but you can define everything through the Visual Builder — no code required. A funny thing happened along the way: Jany Koščo asked me to support Apple calendars. So I implemented the iCal spec — and realized that unlocked calendar hosting too. I plugged it into my own 🦞 OpenClaw setup and it just worked. I think we accidentally built the easiest way to fetch invitations and calendar events from multiple connected calendars via CLI. And not just that, your 🤖 AI agent can spin up its own calendar, receive events, and react - accepting, declining, or taking action. We just launched on Product Hunt — would love your feedback: https://lnkd.in/dCX8zkHv
