Like many of us in the identity field, we are also consumers of bank services. As a consumer, I want my bank to make my decision to begin a relationship as friction free as possible while also assuring me that protections are in place. Welcoming me into the bank is a tricky balance where in the past "reduced friction" and "strong authentication" were at odds. Even more importantly, after becoming a customer I expect the bank to know me when I return. Again, historically there was the competing priorities of reducing friction for "good customers" and the bank providing "strong authentication". At Prove one of the best parts of my job is helping our banking clients like Valley Bank rethink what trust looks like across the customer journey from welcoming new customers, knowing them when they return, and meeting them when they seek to grow their relationships. Reducing friction and strong authentication do not have to be competing priorities impacting my experience as a customer.

LinkedInIdentity Security

Prove has been selected to join the World Economic Forum 's Unicorn Innovator Community. This isn't just a recognition, it's a platform. A seat at the table with heads of state, global CEOs, and international policymakers who are actively shaping how risk, security, and digital trust are governed worldwide. Identity security needs a strong, credible voice in those rooms. We intend to be it. Proud of the Prove team for building a company the world is paying attention to.

The "visual era" of identity is over, AI deepfakes have officially outpaced human detection. I’m proud to share that Prove has joined the World Economic Forum’s Unicorn Innovator Community to solve this crisis. As legacy authentication collapses, we’re collaborating with global leaders to replace static ID checks with Phone-Centric Identity™. By verifying real-time digital tenure instead of just a face on a screen, we’re building the trust infrastructure an agentic world demands. #DigitalIdentity #WEF2026 #ProveIdentity #AI

LinkedInDigital Banking

Big News - Prove has been selected to the World Economic Forum's Unicorn Innovator Community! What Does This Means for the Banking Sector: For Banks, Prove’s seat at the table in Davos and other global summits is more than just a badge of honor—it signals a shift in how financial institutions will handle security and customer experience in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Combating AI-Driven Fraud: With deepfakes and AI-powered impersonation attacks on the rise, banks can no longer rely on "visual" or "documentary" proof alone. Prove is championing multi-signal, network-based identity—using behavioral and device telemetry to verify customers in real time. Setting Global Standards: As part of the WEF community, Prove will help define the regulatory and technical frameworks for Digital Trust. This means banks can expect more unified global standards that make cross-border digital banking safer and more compliant. The End of "Fragile" Signals: This partnership accelerates the move away from passwords, OTPs, and physical IDs. By integrating advanced identity tech, banks can offer "frictionless" onboarding—verifying a person’s identity without requiring a single selfie or document upload. This is a great validation of Prove ’s mission. The conversations we'll be part of with heads of state, global CEOs, and international policymakers are exactly where identity security needs a strong, credible voice. We intend to be that voice. A special thank you to all of our clients for everything you do to make Prove a company worthy of this recognition!

LinkedInCustomer Journey

Today is a big day for Prove - we have officially launched the Prove Identity Platform! As digital ecosystems become more complex, trust can’t be treated like a one-time checkpoint. It needs to be built in from the beginning and carried across the full customer journey. The Prove Identity Platform is designed to help organizations strengthen trust, fight fraud, and create lower-friction experiences at scale. Excited to be part of what we’re building here at Prove 🚀 Read more about our launch: https://lnkd.in/efpqRqxH

LinkedInArtificial Intelligence

I have been thinking a lot about what it actually means to build identity systems that work for AI, and I think most organizations are asking the wrong question. Most are focused on giving AI more data, but the harder problem is giving it better signal. And right now, the identity data feeding most AI systems is fragmented, point-in-time, and full of noise. It's often inconsistent across channels, built on identifiers that are either too static or too sensitive, and not designed for the velocity at which AI has to make decisions. That structural weakness doesn't show up when you're building the model, but it shows up when the model gets it wrong. Some examples: a legitimate transaction declined, a synthetic identity approved, a fraud pattern the system couldn't connect because there was no thread linking one interaction to the next. Tokenization is what creates that thread. Replace raw identity data with a persistent, privacy-preserving token and you change what AI can do. For the first time, the system can learn from history, linking behavior across channels and time without re-exposing the underlying information each time. Identity stops being a checkpoint and starts being the connective tissue the model actually needs. In my view, this is the architectural shift that separates organizations that will operate AI well from those that will keep hitting a ceiling. The ones that succeed will do so with better fraud detection, fewer false positives, real-time decisioning that doesn't require passing sensitive data between systems every time a decision has to be made. I wrote about all of this in detail in a recent Prove blog post! You can find it in the comments.
