So long, and thanks for all the fish! I am concluding a wonderful 5-year journey at PwC South East Asia Consulting . From the days of the experimental PwC Experience Centre to the customer-focused Strategy & Operations team, I am glad to have worked with and learned from so many talented colleagues and clients along the way. Special thanks to Charles Loh , Winston Nesfield , Eugene Macey , and Marco Maimone for providing me with so many opportunities over the years. As I close this chapter, I will hold PwC’s purpose statement close to my heart and continue to “Build trust in society and solve important problems” through my work building digital products.
May 2026Singapore stands at a critical inflection point in its AI journey. With AI now a central pillar of Singapore’s economic strategy, the focus is shifting from early adoption to scaling AI across the enterprise and the wider economy — unlocking productivity, addressing workforce challenges, and creating entirely new models of growth. Hence, I am super proud of PwC Singapore's collaboration with Salesforce to build Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Data and AI innovation, which will serve as another avenue for Singapore to advance its national AI agenda. This is not just another technology initiative — it is about shaping the future of how business operates. Across Singapore, we are already seeing strong momentum in the adoption of #AgenticAI , as organisations embrace AI agents as part of a new digital workforce — augmenting human capabilities and transforming how work gets done. The CoEs are designed to accelerate this transformation at scale. They will: ⚡Serve as nationally relevant innovation and capability hubs, enabling organisations to move from experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment ⚡Help build the AI talent and capability base needed to support Singapore’s long-term competitiveness ⚡Drive the shift towards AI-first, agentic operating models — where intelligence is embedded across every workflow, decision, and customer interaction Agentic AI represents a powerful opportunity to augment workforce capacity and unlock new productivity frontiers, enabling enterprises to do more with less while driving innovation and growth. Ultimately, the goal is clear: to help businesses transition into agentic enterprises — organisations that are fundamentally reimagined around the combined power of humans and AI, operating with greater speed, intelligence, and resilience. PwC South East Asia Consulting is excited about what this collaboration with Salesforce will unlock — not just for our clients, but for Singapore’s broader ambition to be a global leader in AI innovation and application. The next chapter of AI in Singapore will be defined not by what is possible, but by what we scale and deliver.
