May 20265 years. And somehow, this one feels like the best yet. This week I celebrated my 5th Qontoversary 🎂 — and I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop! Because right now, across France, Germany, and Italy, Qonto's "Own your numbers", a campaign I'm incredibly proud to have worked on, is live. TV, out-of-home, press, podcasts, digital audio — the full scale. AMB1T1ON. P4SS1ON. TAL3NT. The idea is deceptively simple — and that's what makes it so powerful. Entrepreneurs don't lack vision. They lack the financial infrastructure to act on it with confidence. The numbers behind the words are what make ambition real. Whether you're an architect in Milan, a plumber in Paris or a construction company in Berlin, the friction is the same. And that's exactly what this campaign speaks to. Seeing it live across Europe — and in particular on the streets of Milan, my hometown — is a feeling that doesn't come around often. Huge credit to the team at Steve for turning this idea into something you can't ignore - and to our amazing copywriters Federica Rutigliano and Kathrin Straka for finding the words that make it land in Italian and German. This is my best year at Qonto — not just because of the projects (though they are genuinely exciting), but because of the people. Working alongside this team every single day is something I don't take for granted. Five years ago I joined a small but mighty Brand team with a big ambition: build the most distinctive brand in European fintech. Looking at what we're putting into the world right now, I'd say we're well on our way. Here's to more of this. 🚀 Julie Regis Goitschel Marie Mathieu Oleksandra Kuzminska #OwnYourNumbers #Qonto #BrandStrategy #EuropeanSMEs #Entrepreneurship
May 2026AI has completely transformed how we handle maintenance. I’ll be honest: I used to default to “we don’t have time” or “we don’t have enough people,” which really meant the same thing. Now we’ve fully automated upgrades across 100% of our Go repositories (libraries, Dockerfiles, GitHub workflows, and more). How we pulled it off: 1) Nail the visibility: we built an API and frontend that show an obsolescence score per project (dependencies, standards, etc.). It tracks trends over time and gives us full compliance visibility across every repo. 2) Use AI for the heavy lifting: bringing a project up to date is complex, a single LLM prompt isn’t enough. We codified upgrade “skills” for specific packages, validated them locally, then deployed them to a remote agent at Qonto (we call it Minion). A cronjob runs every two weeks & the agent bumps versions, runs local tests, opens PRs, checks CI, and iterates until ready. Our job is simply to review and merge. The result? No incidents and actually fewer bugs, since we catch fixes in newer versions faster. A year ago, I’d triage only high-priority projects because maintenance felt like a chore. Now it’s surprisingly enjoyable for the first time. Let's keep shipping and let agents handle all maintenance. #maintenance #ai #shipfaster
May 2026🎬 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩. 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. At Qonto , every product brief starts the same way. "In one sentence, how would you pitch this to a client?" It's a simple constraint. But it forces clarity from day one: keep the customer front and center. So when I watched our PMs present on camera, each one pitching what they'd actually built, in their own words, I couldn't be prouder. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, we brought a full quarter of launches and improvements together in a single coffee-break-length video. Presented by the people who built them. No marketing gloss, just the PMs closest to the work, showing what it does. Among others: Deferred debit. Overdraft. Smarter cash flow tools. New direct debit experience. Simpler accountant collaboration. Stronger approval controls. We wanted to make our launches and improvements something you can actually see and feel, not just read about in a changelog. Any questions or feedback on any of these features, feel free to DM me. 🙏 Huge credit to all the PMs who stepped in front of the camera, and to Casey Bleho in the PMM team who brilliantly orchestrated the whole thing. Because ultimately, this is what building for real businesses looks like.

May 2026A few months ago on Team PMM we had a small epiphany: Who better to tell the story of our product than the people who built it? So, today, our Spring 2026 Product Drop is live 🚀 (🔗 Link in the comments!) Since January, the Qonto team shipped 132 (!!!) features and improvements. We chose 9 highlights for a coffee-break-length video, and the PMs who built them took center stage. I couldn't be more proud. A huge shoutout to everyone who helped turn this into reality - especially the indefatigable Anne M. , and our PMs-turned-actors: Lorenzo Cammarota, Zainab Habas , Adil Dewan , Alessandro Dadone , Adrien Bretxa , Matteo Kubumwe , Timothee Trichet , Yasmine Bennani , and Vincent M. . You guys absolutely crushed it 👏
May 2026We've shipped 132 product updates in the last few months (!!!) so we pulled together a quick video to walk you through the biggest ones — and yes, Qonto 's latest credit product, Overdraft, is in there too. May 2026Today is EU SME Day: a moment to celebrate the 26 million SMEs that make up 99% of European businesses 🇪🇺 At Qonto, we serve 600,000+ of them across Europe. So we looked at how they use our platform to understand how they run their businesses. The pattern is clear: 74% manage their business finances outside traditional working hours. 44% of payment reminders go out evenings or weekends. 35% of finance admin happens after 6pm ⏱️ The easy narrative is "entrepreneurs work late." Everyone knows that already. The more interesting question is what this means for our industry. If three quarters of SMEs are managing their finances outside 9-to-6, why is so much of the banking experience still built around it? That's the gap we're trying to close at Qonto. Real-time visibility. 24/7 human support. A platform that works the same at 10pm on a Sunday as on a Tuesday morning 🛠️
May 2026I just published my first article on The Qonto Way — about the AI operating system I built to escape PMM busywork. It covers the PmmStack (13 skills for the full PMM lifecycle), the refinement process I use to get past "good enough" drafts, and the uncomfortable lessons I learned from AI hallucinating its way through my first changelogs. But the real reason I wrote it: I'm convinced there's someone in every team sitting on clever AI workflows that never get shared. That's how we all fall behind at different speeds. So — if you've built something that saves you hours, I'd love to hear about it. https://lnkd.in/e75EVqz4 #ProductMarketing #ClaudeCode
