Last week, I had the great honor of being recognized as one of the 2025 C-Suite Leaders Award recipients by the Dallas Business Journal. It was truly inspiring to be named alongside such a highly accomplished group of leaders across sectors like technology, healthcare, construction, and many others. As I reflect on this milestone, the very first thing that comes to mind is gratitude: to the mentors who have shaped my leadership journey, and to the incredible teams I’ve had the privilege to work with, past and present. Their talent and passion continue to teach me every day what it means to lead and to help guide the next generation of exceptional professionals.
