Was at Y Combinator Startup School yesterday. The crowd was something else. Hustlers everywhere. What got me though: the number of young builders. College students. 15-year-olds. Shipping real stuff, asking sharper questions than a lot of adults in the room. AI has been a real democratiser, especially for students. Oh, how I wish I was in college right now. The hustle density was the other thing. People hiring, targeting ICPs, running demos back-to-back. No one was there to hang out. India doesn't have a talent problem. It has a room-size problem.
