One thing that stood out to me from Responsive’s Spring 2026 Product Update is how much response work is already happening inside AI assistants like ChatGPT and Copilot. The reality is teams don’t need to be introduced to AI anymore—it’s already part of their workflow. The bigger challenge is making sure the answers being generated are actually trusted, approved, and grounded in the right knowledge. That’s why I found Responsive’s MCP Server launch so interesting. Instead of relying on copy-paste workflows or generic AI outputs, teams can now connect AI assistants directly to trusted company knowledge while keeping permissions, citations, governance, and audit controls intact. A few things that stood out to me from the update: ✅ Faster response work directly inside existing AI tools ✅ Less tab switching and friction during RFPs and DDQs ✅ TRACE™ scoring for more secure, review-ready answers ✅ A true single source of truth that follows users wherever they work To me, the biggest shift is this: knowledge now follows the user, not the system. Really exciting update for sales teams, proposal professionals, and AI adopters trying to balance speed with accuracy. I’ll drop the blog link in the comments for anyone who wants to read more.👇
May 2026$1 trillion. That’s the number that stopped me mid-scroll when I first read our 2026 Business Update at Responsive . But this milestone isn’t just a big, shiny stat. It signals that something fundamental has changed in how companies win revenue. We’ve now surpassed $1T in managed opportunities. What that tells me is this. Response execution, meaning how fast, how accurate, and how consistent you are, is no longer support work. It is revenue work. A few takeaways that really stood out to me: → Response quality and speed are becoming real competitive advantages. Buyers are moving faster and increasingly using AI themselves. The teams that deliver clear, tailored responses quickly are pulling ahead. → Centralized knowledge is no longer optional. Organizations like Microsoft and Frontier are seeing measurable gains. Higher win rates, more revenue, and less churn are coming from standardizing how knowledge is accessed and used. → AI is not just a tool on the side anymore. It is becoming an execution layer embedded directly into revenue workflows, helping teams prioritize, respond, and scale expertise in ways that were not possible even a couple of years ago. → Response management is evolving into a core GTM capability. Managed opportunity value has doubled since 2024, which says a lot about where this is headed. What I personally find most compelling is how clearly this connects People, Process, and AI. The teams that win are not just adopting AI. They are rethinking how work gets done, how knowledge flows, and how cross-functional teams show up in the revenue cycle. For anyone in sales, proposals, revenue ops, or anyone thinking about how AI is reshaping work, this shift is worth paying attention to.
