Almost two years ago, I wrote about an idea that has shaped every chapter of my career: you can be happy and still not be satisfied. That belief has only deepened since. Happiness, for me, lives in the small moments. A good conversation. A quiet morning. A student from our bootcamp sharing their first agent demo. The line of code that finally works. Satisfaction is a different thing. It comes from progress. From building something real. From watching an idea become a product, a company, a community. For a long time, I thought these two were in tension. That if you were always reaching for more, you were never present. That if you were happy, you should stop wanting. I do not believe that anymore. Today, I lead Developer Relations at Nebius. I co-founded The Gen Academy with Arvind, where we run cohorts teaching agentic AI. I do brand partnerships. I create content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, and YouTube. I advise and invest in startups. On paper, it looks like a lot. In practice, it is the only way my brain feels at home. Because here is what I have learned about myself: I do not find peace in monotony. I find it in momentum. The joy is in the learning. The joy is in the building. The joy is in the next thing I do not yet know how to do. For me, satisfaction is staying hungry. Stability is movement. If you feel that same pull toward more, do not apologize for it. You can be content with where you are and still know you are not finished. Both can live in the same chest. P.S. This photos are from the OpenAI Codex dinner this week. Some of the most energizing conversations I have had in a long time, with people who are quietly building the future of how we write software. Exactly the kind of room that reminds me why I stay hungry.
May 2026Arvind and I share a deep passion for educating people and empowering the next generation of builders. That’s why we started The Gen Academy , and it’s why we built Mastering Agentic AI Certification on Maven . When we launched the May cohort, it sold out in 4 weeks. We kept the cohort limited capacity. We wanted it to feel like a real learning experience, not another course you forget about a week later. If you wanted in last time but couldn’t get a seat, our second cohort is now open. It starts August 8. A few things worth knowing: - It’s six weeks, highly technical, highly practical. - Our goal is for everyone to walk out with a builder’s mindset. - The current cohort is mostly mid to senior folks across engineering, product, data, AI, consulting, and leadership. - You don’t need to be a developer to join. - Every week we run a hands-on project with two tracks: a low-code path and a code-heavy path. So whether you want to ship code or get strategic about architecture and workflows, we’ve built a way in for you. We’re running a 25% Early Bird discount until May 15. After that, no more 25% off for this cohort. Link with the discount already applied: https://lnkd.in/gK7fr-fZ We’d love to have you with us in August.
May 2026ChatGPT Atlas is one of the most underrated AI tools right now. I’ve been using it for several months, and what stood out to me is how much of our AI workflow still depends on copying, pasting, switching tabs, and moving context around manually. That sounds like a small thing until you realize how much of your day happens inside a browser. - Reading long articles - Comparing competitor pages - Writing emails and LinkedIn posts - Going through product specs - Cleaning up 40 open tabs - Looking at datasets - Planning travel - Creating content In my latest video, I walked through a few practical ways I use Atlas across all of this. I showed how it can summarize pages without leaving the tab, group messy tabs by project, rewrite text in place, turn product docs into sprint plans, help with Canva carousel drafts, pull insights from spreadsheets, compare hotel options, bring back context from past browsing, and even help create a Luma event page from a Google Doc. What I like about Atlas is that it fits into the way many of us already work. The browser is already our workspace, and Atlas just makes it easier to use AI without constantly breaking that flow. May 2026Spent the last few days in New York and every single time I come back here, I’m reminded why this city feels like a second home to me. I genuinely love both San Francisco and New York, but they have such different energies. San Francisco feels like a deep saturation of tech and AI people. You can spend an entire week talking only about models, startups, infrastructure, fundraising, and research breakthroughs. There’s something incredibly motivating about that level of focus and ambition. New York feels different. It feels like a thriving ecosystem of people from completely different industries, cultures, and backgrounds all building alongside each other. The conversations feel wider. You leave thinking about not just tech, but business, media, culture, finance, art, and how all of it intersects. One of my friends recently said, “The Bay Area is a bubble inside a bubble,” and honestly, coming to New York makes that very evident. I think spending time in both cities gives you a much fuller perspective on people, ambition, and the way different worlds operate.
May 2026The biggest unlock of 2026 isn't a new model. It's that you don't have to be technical to be a builder anymore. Almost every week I'm talking to someone who has a very specific automation in their head and has never written a line of code in their life. My answer is almost always the same. Open Zapier Agents. It's compliant, it has OAuth, it sits on top of 8,000+ MCP actions, and Zapier Copilot lets you describe your workflow in plain English and watch the agent get built in front of you. Idea in, agent out. If you've been sitting on something you keep telling yourself you'll "get to one day," this is the day. Do check out Zapier Agents: https://bit.ly/4uHAgtR #ZapierPartner
