CEO’s have the mandate from their BOD’s to figure out AI. A pleasure to join Marley Kayden and Sam Vadas on Schwab’s Market on Close to discuss a wide range of topics including Ridgeline ’s AIOS for Asset & Wealth Management, AI computer use, the “it” in AI is the data set and the SaaSapoclypse. Complete with Harry Potter references. https://lnkd.in/gapZ2iBd
Apr 2026There is nothing quite like the energy of getting our industry’s brightest minds in one room. Apr 2026When a paradigm shift happens, people change their system of record. That was advice we got early on at Ridgeline, and I have thought about it a lot over the years. The thing about changing a system of record is that it is not a casual decision. It is one of the biggest decisions a firm can make. In most cases, it happens once in a career. Replacement cycles are measured in decades. This is why I stopped when I saw InvestmentNews report that 43% of wealth managers are now seeking an entirely new technology stack to run their firms. That is a big number. The advice was true. And 84% of firms think it is important for front-, middle-, and back-office systems to be integrated into a unified platform. Early adopters understood that growth, complexity, and legacy architecture would eventually collide. AI did not create that tension, but it has made it impossible to ignore. Managers are realizing they cannot unlock AI’s full potential amid fragmented systems and disconnected data. We’re seeing it too. Last year, Ridgeline signed a new front-to-back customer nearly every two weeks. And those customers are the heroes. They are the ones willing to challenge the status quo and move before the rest of the market catches up. When a paradigm shift arrives, the world tends to reorder itself. That reordering is already underway.
