AI is becoming a storyteller. But what stories is it telling about leadership? In our new whitepaper with EqualVoice and Russell Reynolds Associates "How the Story Gets Told" we looked at how large language models describe female and male CEOs. The differences are subtle. But they matter. Because narratives shape perception. And perception shapes decisions. AI is not just reflecting reality. It is reinforcing patterns. Or challenging them. I’m looking forward to discussing these insights with Hetty Pye , Co-Lead RRA Artemis & MD CEO & Board Succession 📅 May 6, 2026 🕛 11:00–12:00 CET Join us for a virtual dialogue on leadership narratives in the age of AI. Apr 2026Try! Unlearn! deliver! We held our second Ringier Future Summit yesterday. A full day with leaders from across our global business, focused entirely on AI. Ringier has been on this journey for a while. We're not starting from zero. But the pace of change is such that even what we've already built, the tools, the workflows, the ways of working, needs to be questioned. That's the honest truth. My biggest takeaway wasn't a tool or a feature. It was this: moving forward with AI doesn't just require learning new things. It requires actively unlearning old ones. Habits we've built over years, ways of working that have served us well, they can quietly become the biggest obstacle. Letting go of those is harder than picking up any new technology. The good news: the tools are already there. Most of our people have access to everything they need to start today. The question is whether we're willing to approach our work differently. That's why days like yesterday matter. Getting leaders from across our global business into one room, to challenge each other, try things together, and think out loud about where we need to go, that's not a nice-to-have. It's essential. Thank you to everyone involved in this event!
