Apr 2026In 2018, we were slowly wading into online grocery orders for delivery and pickup at Rouses Markets . As a working mom of three, who then were ages 1, 2, and 3 years old, I became one of the biggest users and testers of our different platforms. Our family business is built on the foundation of stellar customer service, knowing that with the customer’s experience on the forefront of our minds, everything else follows. We’ve taken the same approach with our online ordering, employing shoppers for pickup orders in-house and having above-and-beyond expectations for communication with our customer. While I rather a walk through the aisles to make my groceries, as a working mom of now 9, 10 and 11 year olds, I still am a big curbside pickup user, and always make sure I’m receiving the same level of outstanding Rouses service as if I was in the building.
