LinkedIn company profileIn 1995, a group of young entrepreneurs thought they could make their mark on the world of automotive finance by thinking a little bigger and a lot bolder than the competition. Motherhood is one of the clearest examples of Positive Disruption™ I’ve ever witnessed. Not because mothers make noise. But because they carry weight. They hold families together while carrying pressure no one fully sees. They continue showing up when exhausted. They lead through uncertainty without always having support, clarity, or recognition. And often… the greatest disruption they create isn’t public. It’s personal. It’s the decision to break cycles. To choose discipline over dysfunction. To create stability where chaos once existed. To love consistently even when life has been inconsistent with them. That kind of leadership doesn’t always get applauded in real time. But generations are shaped by it. Today I celebrate mothers not just for what they do… but for what they sustain. The women who continue to pour. The women who continue to build. The women who continue to stand in position even when the weight is heavy. That is leadership. That is strength. That is Positive Disruption™. Happy Mother’s Day to the women whose presence, sacrifice, wisdom, and consistency continue to leave a lasting legacy. #PositiveDisruptor #MothersDay #Leadership #C3Framework #Character #Capacity #Legacy

Apr 2026Leadership is easy to understand. It’s harder when you’re responsible for the outcome. As I’ve stated before, leadership isn’t revealed in calm environments. It’s exposed under pressure when the stakes are high, timelines are tight, and the margin for error disappears. Recently I was talking with a leader that I had the privilege to support years ago, and was told something I will never forget: “I thought I knew how to lead until I met you. You showed me that I didn’t.” That statement actually shocked me, because it also reveals something on a deeper level about this person, they’re open to being coached, to being challenged to grow, and not only receptive but intentional about implementing feedback provided. At the time, she was capable. Driven. Smart. But like many leaders, she hadn’t yet been challenged to lead at the level her role required. So, we didn’t focus on surface-level skills. We focused on how she led: Character: building trust and accountability under pressure Competence: executing with clarity in complexity Capacity: developing others to sustain results She is now in Sr. Leadership and leading high-risk initiatives and teams performing at new levels. Not because she learned more. But because she learned differently. This is where many organizations get it wrong. Promotion is often based on performance, but the gap is the failure to develop leaders for the level of leadership required next. Leadership isn’t proven in what you know. It’s proven in what continues to perform long after the moment you were developed. Positive Disruptors show up consistently under pressure and perform above expectations. #LeadershipDevelopment #ExecutiveLeadership #PositiveDisruptor #C3Framework #OrganizationalLeadership
Apr 2026When everything is a priority, your leadership not your workload is being tested. Most leaders can manage multiple priorities. Few can lead through them and still deliver results that are aligned, on time, and high quality. That’s the difference. Positive Disruptors™ don’t just juggle work. They bring discipline to complexity. Because when everything feels urgent, leadership becomes the filter. And this is where it shows up: Not in theory…but in how you execute across every priority in front of you. This is the C3 Framework in motion: Character: Builds Trust Through Consistency. A Positive Disruptor consistently leads from a place of integrity and high standards, with the courage to challenge the room with respect. Competence: Delivers Results Under Pressure. Executes with clarity and discipline, delivering high-quality results even in ambiguity. Capacity:Multiplies Leadership. Develops leaders who take ownership, deliver outcomes, and grow beyond the leader. Many leaders know how to stay busy. Positive Disruptors know how to create momentum. They align competing priorities. They reduce noise. They communicate with precision. And they deliver consistently. Because at the end of the day, there's no reward for how busy you were. What is remembered is what you delivered. If you’re navigating multiple priorities right now… Which part of C3 are you leaning on most? — Tanya Bakari Positive Disruptor™
