Apr 2026I felt proud today. Really proud. Sitting in a room while our Director Eshaan Bhatnagar presented the Powered By program to the entire ShipBob team…I had one of those quiet moments where everything clicks. Because this is not just another product. I come from the 3PL side. I’ve lived the chaos. Disconnected systems. Manual workarounds. Constant firefighting. Trying to grow while your tech stack holds you back. So seeing a company actually understand those problems, not just sell into them, but solve them… hits different. Powered By is not about giving 3PLs another tool. It’s about giving them a way to scale without breaking their operations. And being part of building that… means a lot. Sometimes we move so fast we forget to pause and see what we are actually creating. Today was one of those reminders. #3PL #Logistics #SupplyChain #EcommerceFulfillment #Operations #CustomerExperience #WarehouseManagement
Apr 2026I've been in talent for a long time. And I've never seen a company move like this. Several weeks ago, ShipBob made a decision that I think most companies have hesitated to make: we gave every single employee — not just engineers, not just a pilot group — enterprise access to Claude, Replit, and n8n. Every. Single. Person. It is humbling to get to work with a company that is leaning so hard into the future of how humans work. The stuff we're seeing people build (non-engineers) is absolutely mind blowing. From the impossibly efficient and complex, to the impossibly hilarious (ex: https://lnkd.in/evWBwseR ) What a time to be alive!
Apr 2026What a fantastic panel - Shout out to Mal Chia , Guy Nappa , Ovi Puscas , Luke Bruinenberg , Norm Weiss for such engaging discussions, and to our friends Rick Hill WorldFirst and Vincenzo Castronovo Avalara for hosting this event. Sharing some key take aways: 🌏 Australia is 1% of a $3 trillion global eCommerce market. The US are 20x the size of the Australian market. Tap into new audiences at scale and unlock new revenue channels. 🤝 Find the right partners — before you commit to a market. Whether it’s your 3PL, your tax and compliance infrastructure, your global payments partner or strategic advisors. The wrong partnerships don’t just cost money. They cost momentum. Leverage our vibrant eCommerce community. 📦 Simplify your Operations as you expand. Consolidating systems, aligning your global operations for scalability — the brands winning cross-border aren’t more complex than their competitors. They’re less complex, on purpose. 🚚 Meet global consumers where they are. Localising your delivery experience, decentralising your warehousing into regional hubs. Think Global. Act Local. 👥 Invest in the right team ahead of the need. The pattern is consistent: you can’t hire your way out of a scaling crisis after it happens. 🤖 Take AI seriously — now. The operators in the room who are investing in AI aren’t doing it to cut costs. They’re doing it to stay lean, move fast and out-manoeuvre larger competitors who are slower to adapt. For smaller brands, this is one of the most asymmetric advantages available right now. The question isn’t whether to go global. It’s whether you’re building the right foundations to do it well. 🌍 ShipBob #ecommerce #crossborder #globalcommerce #scalewithoutborders #3PL #logistics #supplychain
