What a fantastic two days at GBTA | APAC Singapore! Wonderful reconnecting with industry colleagues, corporate buyers, hotel partners, and TMCs — the energy in the room was incredible. The sessions were insightful with plenty of takeaways for hoteliers — a great reminder of how much goes on behind the scenes in planning corporate travel and how the business travel ecosystem is coming together. If you're in hospitality, this is one event worth being in the room for. Always a privilege to be part of such a vibrant community. May 2026We were lucky to have "Bring Your Kids to Work Day" at SiteMinder HQ this week. It was a special reminder of how meaningful it is to share our professional world with the next generation. My two children had a wonderful day making new friends, seeing where I work, and getting a glimpse into the people that are such a big part of my daily life. It was lovely to see (and hear!) so much energy, curiosity, and excitement throughout the office 🤩 A big thank you to everyone involved in making the day so welcoming and memorable 🫶

Apr 2026AI isn’t “coming” to hotel distribution, it’s already here. Travellers are using AI to discover, research and book hotels more than ever before, and we’re seeing AI hotel search usage grow almost 4x vs 2025. 8 out of 10 travellers now want AI assistance during their booking journey. At SiteMinder, we’re building the distribution infrastructure for the agentic era with MCP-powered connections that let AI assistants tap into live hotel rates, availability and content, so hotels can be discovered and booked wherever guests are actually planning their trips. If you’re not getting ready for this shift now, you will miss out. #SiteMinder #AgenticOTAS #AI #MCP #Hoteltech
Apr 2026New #SiteMinder , New Era
There's no shortage of ideas for AI-powered travel assistants, planning tools and booking flows. Building the infrastructure that makes them reliable at scale is the hard work. Every year, SiteMinder processes more than 300 million room nights across 150 countries. Today, for the first time, SiteMinder is opening that platform up to AI-driven direct booking and AI-powered OTA pathways. As AI agents start to search and book on behalf of travellers, they rely on rails that can: - run high-volume, real-time rate and availability checks - route traffic across multiple distribution channels without losing context - deliver each reservation back into hotel systems in a reliable, auditable way That is what my team is working on: giving hotels a way to plug into AI-driven demand through infrastructure that already works at scale, rather than rebuilding their stack for every new wave of technology. When that foundation is in place, AI becomes another reliable channel for hotels to secure bookings and grow demand.
