All solving things that really matter: 🩺 Dr. Jan Cosgrave building diagnostic tools for ADHD and autism assessment: the kind of infrastructure that changes real lives, not just metrics - exponentially cutting down time to diagnoses. 💡 Luke Mackey rethinking how modern companies look after their people through insurance and retirement. And 🧠 Jack O'Meara working on RNA medicines to treat diseases of the brain, Alzheimer's as the north star. Brain diseases. Let that sink in. 📊I live in the world of enterprise software and GTM strategy, but nights like this pull me back to the bigger picture. Technology pointed at the right problems is genuinely extraordinary. Something I see Slack deliver, first hand, every day. 🇮🇪 And a personal highlight 🔊 discovering Ciara 's podcast Mná na hEireann, which I'm already planning to dive into this week. 🫶 Always a proud Irish woman, especially on nights like last night. Last week I joined Brittany Hennessy from Sprout Social, Inc. at #SocialMediaWeek for a conversation on social media intelligence. The thing I keep thinking about: yes, AI is changing how social media teams work BUT there is still a layer it cannot touch. Vibes. 💅🏼🩷🧿🥂👁️🤷🌷😅 We talk a lot about the data of social media (still important!) and forget that a lot of this job is editorial judgement, taste, instinct, and reading the room.
