On Friday, April 17, an Operational Excellence Workshop took place in SMTC Corporation bringing together Program Managers as well as leaders from Materials and Operations across SMTC’s Chihuahua plants. This learning experience was based on the principles of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, with a focus on strengthening key leadership, execution, and teamwork capabilities within our operations. The workshop was developed and delivered by Carlos Diaz , SVP of Operations, who shared his experience and vision to drive a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and sustainable results. We would like to thank all participants for their engagement and active participation.
