May 2026What makes SOSi different is simple—we integrate technology and capability at speed and deliver outcomes where it matters most. Cyber and Intelligence Solutions, Mission Sustainment Solutions, Enterprise Modernization Solutions and Civil and Homeland Solutions—all brought together to support the mission in complex environments. We thrive on challenges. The past two weeks on the road reinforced that in a real way. I started at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command with the J-6 leadership—focused on networks, data, and the Indo-Pacific Mission Network. We also discussed where SOSi is actively engaging across the Indo-Pacific region to bring sustainment capability for the Command. From Hawaii I traveled to Texas for the Air and Space Symposium hosted by University of North Texas and Secretary Gordon England, with the Chairman of the Joints Chief’s of Staff General Dan Caine as keynote and our CEO, Julian Setian representing SOSi. The message was clear—our military remains the best in the world, and modern warfare is driven by integrated, multi-domain effects enabled by resilient networks, data-centric architectures, and AI applied to the mission. Deterrence is the metric—and speed to operational advantage is how you achieve it. If deterrence fails, America expects its military to be ready…and the CJCS made it clear we are more than ready. Then I traveled from Texas to Germany to participate in the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) Stability Operations Association for European Industry Day. I had the privilege to introduce LTG Kai Ronald Rohrschneider, who commands NATO ’s Joint Support and Enabling Command—the backbone for moving and sustaining forces across Europe. I also led a panel on operating in Ukraine—what it really takes to execute in a contested environment and where industry can make a difference. Outstanding professionals: Samuel Cook, Ukrainian Colonel Serhiy Matveichuk, Irina Paliashvili , and William (Bill) Deringer . In Ukraine execution, adaptability, and "tested" capability are everything. Closed it out in Frankfurt with Darren Gibbs and our SOSi Team—hands down the highlight. Hearing feedback from the customer like “best ever” and seeing a disciplined, positive leadership culture in action says it all. Our Team was given a no-fail, time-sensitive mission—with hours, not days to accomplish and they delivered flawlessly. Their performance was recognized by senior customer leaders. I also had the honor of delivering a personal note of appreciation from Julian Setian to our site lead, recognizing his outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication—another clear example of how SOSi values and recognizes its employees. What a rewarding two weeks—great people, real missions, and a SOSi Team that continues to lead the way.
Apr 2026In INDOPACOM, resilience isn’t optional—it’s mission-critical. At SOSi , we design and operate mission partner networks built for contested environments—where communications are degraded, denied, or under constant pressure. Our focus is on delivering secure, adaptable, and operationally ready solutions that keep our customers connected when it matters most. We design for disruption, not assumed connectivity—that’s where true advantage is created. #TeamSOSi #INDOPACOM #MissionPartnerNetworks #DigitalTransformation #EngineeringTomorrowsAdvantage
