Recently had the pleasure of going to the City of London Academy Islington to talk to Year 10 students about STEM and how important it is to our society today. Was great to share my experience in my career so far and the great work that Stannah Group is doing to empower people in their everyday lives. In a world that is constantly changing, this only further highlights how important it is to inspire the engineers of the future. A big thank you to Mima Moyo, Keira D'lima, ThinkForward UK and City of London Academy Islington for the opportunity for myself and the other amazing STEM professionals to speak to the students on the day.

After almost five years, it is time for me to move on from Stannah Group, and I leave with immense pride and gratitude. When I joined, my focus was on leading the European Subsidiaries, bringing them closer together and aligning processes across the group. That work evolved into a broader COO role, overseeing internal operations and ensuring we delivered on our commitments to customers. I am proud of so much. The reduction in manufacturing lead times made a real difference for customers, and the successful launch of new products and services will shape the company's future for years to come. To the Stannah family, thank you for your trust and for the opportunity to be part of something truly special. To my fellow C-suite members and every colleague across operations and the wider business, thank you for your support. Every installation was more than a manufactured product. It was changing someone's life, giving them back the ability to move freely and use their whole home again. That is something I was enormously proud to help deliver. I will be cheering you on as the company continues to grow. For me, a new chapter awaits, and I am excited to see where it leads.
