Great investors make their mark by intuitively seeing around corners…making strategic investments before they are obvious or when others are fearful, comfortable going against the crowds and being steadfast in their convictions. Zig when others zag. StepStone Group is proud to partner with Joshua Kushner , Nabil Mallick , and the entire team at Thrive Capital in their effort to launch Thrive Eternal, a permanent capital holding company that will be concentrated in a small number of assets that we can own and steward over many decades. As Josh so eloquently said, “These are assets with qualities that cannot be replicated by technology. Iconic franchises and cultural institutions rooted in tradition, identity, and shared experience. In a world shaped by abundant intelligence where creation scales and distribution fragments, we believe they will matter even more.” Keep up the great work Josh. https://lnkd.in/eWqNrp3m
Apr 2026Very few organizations provide opportunities like this… In March, I had the privilege to join 16 other StepStone colleagues in Nepal as part of the StepStone schools initiative. The StepStone Schools initiative is a program focused on expanding education opportunities across the globe. This years trip allowed us to go back to the Aglung village to witness the progress of the first school we started three years ago, engaged students and teachers, and a thriving community. We then went to the site of the new upcoming school in Thulugoan, and were able to see firsthand the near completed construction of a new school, the support system of the families, and a community eager to get these kids learning. This trip was an immersive experience that built connections with colleagues, you may only see on a screen. The opportunity of course, would not be possible without our strong partnership with UWS and UWS Nepal . StepStone Group ’s commitment to education, culture of growth, and unique opportunities like this, are just a few of the many reasons that make me proud to be a part of such a firm.
