LinkedInArtificial Intelligence

On May 7th I am joining The ORB Network , Orlagh Neary , Rachel Bender , Sally Revell , and Janice Lichtenwaldt, MCC, MBA to help more women experience the power of AI to unlock their potential, whether that means figuring out what comes next, maximizing their time and energy, or pushing themselves beyond what they thought possible. And because a great evening deserves great company, we are also welcoming the Seattle Chapter of Women In Manufacturing and partnering with Armoire so you leave with more than just new skills. We are getting hands on with quick tips you can put to work immediately. No prep needed. Just bring yourself.

LinkedInCustomer Needs

Client Success does not happen in a silo. Behind every strong client relationship is a cross-functional team making it possible: Sales setting the right expectations, Product building with customer needs in mind, Support solving critical issues, Marketing reinforcing value, and Operations keeping everything moving. CS may be the voice clients hear most often, but lasting success is always a team effort. That is why valuing your cross-functional teams matters so much. When teams collaborate well: ✅ Clients get a more consistent experience ✅ Internal handoffs become smoother ✅ Problems get solved faster ✅ Feedback turns into action ✅ Value is delivered more effectively The strongest Client Success organizations understand one thing clearly: you cannot create great client outcomes without strong internal partnerships. Celebrating wins across teams, sharing customer insights, and aligning around client goals does more than improve collaboration. It builds a culture where everyone feels ownership of the customer experience. And when internal teams feel valued, clients feel the difference. Client Success is not just about managing accounts. It is about connecting people, priorities, and purpose across the business. The best client outcomes happen when everyone rows in the same direction. #ClientSuccess #CrossFunctionalCollaboration #CustomerExperience #Teamwork #CustomerRetention #Leadership #B2B #SaaS

In today's episode of ✨ The Claude Files ✨ Cowork has saved the day by helping me generate app icons for Android! Or at least I tried using it to generate icons, only to find out that it was actually easier to ask Cowork to create a webp of the gradient background I wanted, then use Android Studio's Image Asset creator to create all the assets I needed. For someone who hasn't really been an iOS or Android dev in the past, I'm really starting to think I could get these polished up enough to publish!

LinkedInData Quality

Tax day is a reminder of something most salesforce orgs get wrong: how sales processes break under complexity. TurboTax is a good model for how complex processes should be executed. It doesn’t simplify taxes. It makes a complex process feel simple at the point of execution. Most sales processes live in docs. Reps are expected to read a playbook, interpret it, and then execute it in a system like Salesforce. That translation layer is where inconsistency shows up. I’ve designed and implemented this across top, mid, and bottom of funnel workflows. Use guided flows, stage-based requirements, and structured inputs so reps execute complex work without needing to mentally reconstruct the process. Think TurboTax applied to sales systems: • Step-by-step progression • Context at the right moment • Complex logic handled behind the interface This has four operational effects: 1. Reduces cognitive load for reps without removing rigor 2. Saves time otherwise spent navigating fields, rules, and validation errors 3. Improves data quality and downstream compliance 4. Reduces onboarding and ramp cost by embedding process in execution rather than documentation or tribal knowledge Execution reveals what documentation hides: • Missing inputs • Broken logic • Unintended workarounds Documentation hides these issues. System-integrated execution surfaces them. Documentation still has a role, but it should not carry process accountability. Complexity is not the problem. Poor execution design is.

LinkedInState and Local Tax

As we approach the end of tax season, I'm excited to announce that we have officially added support for New York to WhereYourTaxesGo.com . This enhancement allows users to compare federal, state, and local tax burdens across Michigan, Massachusetts, and New York, all in one convenient platform. You can perform single-city lookups and city comparisons, enabling you to see the taxes you pay in cities like Detroit, Ann Arbor, Boston, Cambridge, Manhattan, or Albany, and most importantly, understand how your money is being spent in each location. My goal has always been to empower individuals to better understand their taxes and how they're being used. New York is now live, and we have more states coming soon. Please continue to comment/DM me feedback, suggestions, and preferences on which states you'd like to see added next!
