May 2026Summer hosting season is here, and Sur La Table is ready for it! 🪷☀️ Our new Orchid Collection is the perfect addition to effortless summer gatherings. Made with eco-conscious melamine and bamboo fibers, these pieces are designed for both outdoor entertaining and everyday indoor dining — beautiful, durable, and easy to style. We paired the collection with our tortoise shell entertaining pieces, and I am obsessed with how elevated and timeless the look feels. Tortoise shell is having such a big moment right now, and it adds the perfect warm, layered touch to your summer table. Whether you’re hosting a backyard dinner, poolside snacks, or a casual girls’ night, this collection makes entertaining feel simple and pulled together. ✨
May 2026Okay, I'll be honest- I'm not someone who posts much (or at all). I've been at Sur La Table for four years building out Creative Operations and most days I'm too deep in the work to come up for air. But lately I've been doing a lot with workflow automation, specifically mapping new integrations in Wrike, and it's the kind of work that's easy to undervalue because it's invisible when it's done right. Nobody notices process until it breaks. What I've learned is that automation isn't really about saving clicks. It's about removing the moments where things fall through the cracks because someone had to remember to do something manually. Work that used to get submitted product by product is now batched. Flips that required manual intervention now happen without anyone noticing. That's the goal: infrastructure that works quietly in the background so the team can focus on the actual work. I'm not doing it alone. None of this happens without my team, who actually live inside these workflows every day and surface what's not working. It's going to take a bit of time to figure out this whole "posting regularly" thing, but I'll do my best to share more of what I have in the works. And as a long time fan of the tool, I have to thank Wrike for building tools that actually hold up when you push them. #CreativeOperations #WorkflowAutomation #Wrike #OperationsLeadership #ProjectManagement
