Glad that finally the Gen AI chatbot is open for public. A long roadmap ahead. The most useful question for a nextgen AI solution is : Is it making an existing process faster, or is it making the existing process unnecessary? Visible AI like this is the front door. The redesign happens behind the scenes and that phase is going on with full steam right now
May 2026Huge congratulations Darci Northrup on this well-deserved leadership award. 👏 You’ve consistently demonstrated what great leadership looks like - championing colleague engagement, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability grounded in trust and respect. The impact of your leadership is evident not only in your results, but in the people you develop and the teams you inspire. This recognition is a reflection of the standard you set and the example you lead by every day. Well done, and congratulations again on this outstanding achievement. 🏆
Apr 2026Attended the Future of Business Conference in Ottawa—and one theme came through loud and clear: Canada is building momentum. During one of the panel discussions, we heard directly from the premiers feom Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and the Northwest Territories. The focus wasn’t on competition between provinces, but on collaboration. Breaking down interprovincial barriers, aligning on economic priorities, and working together to unlock growth across the country. It was also encouraging to hear how Mark Carney is working closely with provinces to drive alignment and reduce friction between them—while also helping to open Canada up to the world through stronger global collaboration. Canada faces its share of headwinds, but the future of business is becoming more unified—and that unity is a real source of strength.
Apr 2026Wealthsimple is proving that better internal comms = a better customer experience. 🏦✨ Can a financial institution be truly "human" while automating its core product? Wealthsimple is proving it’s possible. By moving beyond email clutter and centralizing their work in Slack, they’ve turned internal efficiency into a massive competitive advantage. By centralizing operations in Slack, they’ve achieved: ⚡ Instant Support: Resolving urgent client needs in hours, not days. 🛠️ Real Feedback: Turning client suggestions into live features via a #feedback channel. 🌍 Total Alignment: Seamless collaboration across remote global teams. The lesson? Your customer experience is only as fast as your team's communication. Full story here: https://lnkd.in/ePpRWURg #FinTech #Slack #CustomerExperience #FutureOfWork #Salesforce

Apr 2026A small follow-up to the goals I shared earlier this week: Today did not look big on the surface, but it mattered. I spent time getting intentionally organized ahead of PI Planning. Not just lining things up, but stepping back to make sure we’re focused on the right problems, the right dependencies, and what success should actually look like. It’s easy to jump straight into delivery mode this time of year but this felt more aligned with how I said I want to show up: 💡thinking a bit more strategically 🧐creating clarity before things get busy 🤜hopefully making it easier for the team to move with purpose One small step, but a meaningful one. ⌚️Clocking out for the weekend ✌️
Apr 2026Over the past few weeks, I have been working through my mid-year reflection. Not just what I’ve delivered, but how I want to show up for the rest of the year. And I realized something. I’m great at setting goals. I am not always great at making them visible. So this time, I’m doing something a little uncomfortable: I’m putting them out into the world. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I want to hold myself accountable in a more intentional way. ⸻ For the second half of this year, I am focusing on: • Operating at a more strategic level Not just delivering work, but shaping direction, asking better questions, and influencing outcomes earlier • Measuring impact, not just output Being clearer on what success looks like and making sure the work actually moves the needle • Strengthening how I navigate complexity Leaning into ambiguity, aligning the right people, and simplifying what feels messy • Continuing to grow as a partner Across business, technology, and teams. Building trust and clarity, especially when things get difficult ⸻ None of these are “checkbox” goals. They are the kind that show up in how you think, communicate, and make decisions every day and that is exactly why I’m sharing them. Because it is harder to quietly drift when you’ve said it out loud. ⸻ If you’ve been thinking about your own goals lately **this is your sign** You don’t have to have them perfectly worded. You don’t have to have all the answers. But there is something powerful about making them visible. 👀✨
