I have moved to the Bay Area for about a year now. I have been to many events and talks to understand what problems and challenges AI developers trying to solve. Lots of times, the problems are very specific to GPU architectures and even some particular design choices Nvidia/AMD made. I feel very sorry many talents are spent on problems maybe shouldn't be there in the first place.
