Experiencing Academic Excellence at UNC Kenan-Flagler and The University of North Carolina 🎓 Recently, I had the opportunity to visit UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the beautiful campus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill . It was an inspiring experience that reinforced the importance of leadership, innovation, and lifelong learning in today’s rapidly evolving business environment. 🌍 Executive MBA Excellence One of the highlights of the visit was learning more about the Executive MBA program at UNC Kenan-Flagler. The global auto industry is entering a completely new era and Chinese automakers are accelerating faster than many expected. Companies like Toyota, Ford, and Honda are openly acknowledging how difficult it has become to compete with the speed, pricing, battery technology, and manufacturing scale coming out of China. Chinese EV companies are launching vehicles faster, integrating advanced software earlier, and producing at costs traditional automakers struggle to match. What’s driving this shift? • Massive battery supply chain control • Faster innovation cycles • Aggressive EV adoption • AI-powered manufacturing • Lower production costs • Government-backed industrial scaling The competition is no longer just about building cars. It’s about who controls the future ecosystem of: ⚡ Batteries 🤖 Automation 🧠 AI software 🔋 Energy infrastructure 📡 Smart mobility For decades, legacy automakers dominated globally through engineering and manufacturing excellence. But the EV revolution reset the playing field. The automotive industry may experience more change in the next 10 years than it did in the previous 50. ⏩ https://lnkd.in/eJGnBb5m #EV #ElectricVehicles #Automotive #China #Innovation #AI #Manufacturing

♻️ Circularity starts on the street… and scales to the world. Spotted this powerful piece of street art in Bangkok — created by one of our very own colleagues at Indorama Ventures. A simple yet striking reminder that change begins with awareness. 🌱 In the middle of a busy city, surrounded by movement and momentum, this visual quietly delivers a bold message: 👉 Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Repeat. 🚲 Amid the daily rush 🌍 Amid urban chaos 💡 A moment of reflection — for all of us as consumers Why this matters: ♻️ PET is not waste — it is a resource 🔄 Circularity is not aspirational — it must be scaled 🧠 Consumer awareness is where the loop truly begins 🌟 This street art is more than an illustration — it is a symbol of what circularity looks like in everyday life A proud moment to see sustainability move into public consciousness. Because the future of plastics is not linear — 👉 It is circular, collaborative, and consumer-driven ♻️ Every action counts. Every bottle matters. Every choice closes the loop. #CircularEconomy #Sustainability #PET #rPET #Recycling #ConsumerAwareness #IndoramaVentures #SustainableFuture #Bangkok #PurposeDriven #ClosingTheLoop Indorama Ventures #IVLSookAsok Dr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha

🇰🇷 vs 🇨🇳 The future of robotics is taking two very different paths. South Korea is pushing humanoid robotics forward with advanced autonomous systems like METHOD-2 style giant robots, while China is rapidly developing manned industrial exoskeletons designed to amplify human strength in factories, logistics, and heavy industries. One vision replaces dangerous human labor with intelligent machines. The other enhances human capability with wearable robotics. Imagine the impact across: • Manufacturing • Construction • Warehousing • Defense • Disaster response • Healthcare and rehabilitation Humanoid robots could eventually operate independently in complex environments. Exoskeleton robots could help workers lift heavier loads, reduce injuries, and extend workforce productivity. The real question is not which country wins. It’s which approach scales faster in the real world. Will the future workforce be fully autonomous robots… or humans enhanced by machines? The robotics race is no longer science fiction, it’s becoming industrial strategy. #Robotics #AI #Automation #HumanoidRobot #Exoskeleton

AI tools are evolving fast… but this is a major shift for business productivity. Anthropic’s Claude can now analyze Excel spreadsheets and generate PowerPoint presentations automatically. Think about what this means for teams across finance, supply chain, operations, consulting, and marketing: • Upload raw Excel data • Ask AI to identify trends and insights • Generate charts and summaries • Create presentation-ready slides in minutes Tasks that used to take hours of manual work are becoming automated workflows. We are entering a new era where AI is becoming a digital analyst, presentation designer, and business assistant all in one. 💡The question is no longer “Will AI change office work?” It already is. ▶️ AI CentX #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #ClaudeAI #Automation #Business #Productivity #Excel #PowerPoint

LinkedInCustomer-Supplier Partnership

Last week was marked by the SATO Europe Business Partner Day in Málaga. I will not write a long message, instead, I would like to highlight a few words that stayed with me throughout the event: Trust - a pattern of feelings built over time. Promises - the foundation that truly tests that trust. Loyalty - when things in a partnership are not always ideal, yet we continue to stand together. And finally, Commitment - what makes partnerships last beyond convenience. This is what partnership means for SATO. And what it means to me. I would like to sincerely thank all partners and sponsors who attended the event and made it another great meeting together with the SATO community. Special thanks to Bas Beukers , Markku Tilli , Marvin Vasbinder and Antoinette Wilson who I had the pleasure of interviewing on stage- you were amazing! And to Laurent Lassus and Victoria Grobushkina — thank you for giving me the wings to fly.

Most teams I have seen in my past experiences ,don’t struggle with capability — they struggle with the fear of being wrong, judged, or being exposed. And that fear shows up as: • Hesitation • Lack of ownership • Safe thinking The elimination of fear is not a necessity. Environments where people feel safe to speak, challenge, and act despite it are where teams move from alignment to conviction. Ownership begins when conviction is encouraged. What do you think?
