May 2026Recently, I had the pleasure of working with a small business owner in Aberdeen, NC, to help fund a real estate purchase through an SBA 7(a) loan for a coffee shop. Special thanks to our amazing SBA lending team at Fidelity Bank, underwriter Mollie Dunkelberger and closer Cindy Hofstetter , for their commitment and enthusiasm to this deal. #SBALending #RightByYou

Apr 2026🚀267 days to mastery: My Cybersecurity Commitment 🛡️ Day 8: 267: Intelligence Gathering Week 2 is officially underway! Today was all about sharpening my "Search Skills", mlearning how to efficiently gather intelligence and use the industry-standard databases that every security professional needs to master. 🧪 TryHackMe Lab: Search Skills I completed the Search Skills room today, which was a masterclass in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) and vulnerability research. Shodan (TryScanMe): Practiced using Shodan to discover internet-connected devices, open ports, and service headers (like identifying Apache versions on a target server). VirusTotal (TryDetectMe): Analyzed suspicious files like invoice_payment.exe to see how many security vendors flagged it as malicious. Vulnerability Databases (CVE): Dove into the National Vulnerability Database to research CVE-2026-1337, a critical SQL injection vulnerability with a CVSS score of 10.0. Technical Documentation & GitHub: Practiced navigating man pages and searching GitHub for Proof of Concept (PoC) exploits like exploit.py for specific vulnerabilities. 🎓 Cisco Academy: Networking Basics (Module 1 Done!) I officially wrapped up Module 1: Communication in a Connected World today with a perfect 100% on the quiz! 🎯 Bandwidth vs. Throughput: Mastered the difference between theoretical capacity (Bandwidth) and the actual rate of data transfer (Throughput). Data Measurements: Getting comfortable with measuring data flow in Kbps, Mbps, and Gbps. Foundational Knowledge: Solidified my understanding of how bits travel across different physical media, from copper to fiber optics. My Takeaway: Today made me realize that hacking isn't just about running scripts, it's about the research. Knowing how to read a CVE report or find a PoC on GitHub is what separates a beginner from someone who actually understands the threat landscape. 8 days down, 259 to go. The search for knowledge continues. 🚀 #Day8 #CyberSecurity #OSINT #CVE #TryHackMe #CiscoNetworking #LCS #UNILAG #NetworkingBasics #BuildInPublic #NigeriaTech #OsehPraise
