Just a thought I wanted to share. It’s been a while since I’ve been going through multiple interview processes, and I’ve observed a few things. Some interviewers are genuinely respectful and try to understand you beyond your resume, your interests, and your personality. That’s how conversations should be. But there are also moments that feel discouraging. Comments like “your voice is too low for a sales role,” especially on a day when I wasn’t well, made me reflect. Does voice really define capability, or is it communication, intent, and the ability to connect that truly matters? In another instance, there was visible smiling and laughter in the middle of the conversation. If an answer doesn’t align with expectations, that’s completely fair, but such reactions can impact a candidate’s confidence more than we realize. Interviews are not just about evaluation. They are also about experience. A little empathy, professionalism, and awareness can go a long way in shaping how candidates perceive not just the role, but the organization itself. Just sharing this as a reminder: hiring processes reflect company culture more than we think. #HiringProcess #Professionalism #WorkCulture
