Proud is honestly an understatement right now. I am incredibly honored to share that I earned President’s List honors at Columbia Southern University with a 4.0 GPA. If you would have told me years ago that I would be back in college at 55 years old, I probably would have laughed. After being out of school for nearly four decades, stepping back into a classroom environment again was intimidating at first. Technology had changed, the learning process had changed, and honestly, I had changed. There were definitely moments where I questioned myself and wondered if I could still do it. But here I am, doing exactly that. Between balancing a demanding career in construction safety, long days, life responsibilities, and schoolwork, this accomplishment means more to me than I can even put into words. There were many late nights, early mornings, stressful deadlines, and moments where I had to push myself far outside of my comfort zone. I refused to give up, and I refused to let age define what I was capable of accomplishing. This achievement is proof that growth never stops if you are willing to keep challenging yourself. It is proof that experience, determination, and hard work still matter. Most importantly, it is proof to myself that I am capable of far more than I ever gave myself credit for. I am truly proud of myself for taking this leap, staying committed, and earning these results. At this stage in my life, this accomplishment feels even more meaningful because I know exactly how much work, sacrifice, and perseverance it took to get here. Here’s to continuing to learn, continuing to grow, and continuing to prove to myself that it is never too late to chase something bigger. #PresidentsList #ColumbiaSouthernUniversity #LifelongLearning #NeverTooLate #ConstructionSafety #WomenInConstruction #CareerGrowth #PersonalGrowth #SafetyLeadership

May 2026Q2 is just getting started, we at Rippling are busy sharpening our swords. Our mission? To absolutely conquer the SMB - NAMER market. To do that, you don't just need a "team." You need an army. And this week, we’ve added two absolute heavyweights to our SSB squad. Please join me in welcoming our newest AEs, Anindo Biswas and Rishabh Parmar ! 🎊 🎊 🎊 👥 The Lineup: Anindo Biswas comes with enough experience in EdTech to write a book on it (but we’d rather he just close deals). Rishabh Parmar Fresh off a plane from the UK! He spent his time in UK conquering the EMEA market, and now he’s bringing that "across-the-pond" energy to the team. 🥷 The Masterminds: These two are joining the ranks to work alongside our resident sales titans: Ayush Sharma Krishnakant Singh Bhadoria Nitin A. Prashant Hariharan and Shree Nair . These leaders are currently drawing up the battle plans to ensure Rippling remains the undisputed champion of consolidating HR, IT, and Finance. P.S. - If you are into sales and looking out for opportunities, check out for roles in the comment section. 🏄
May 2026My first flight at a jobsite in early 2019. I had bought a personal Mavic2 drone and was dying to test what it could do at a jobsite. Back then I was a big fan of dirt and stockpiles. My entire body was shaking as I moved the joysticks in and downward to take off. I had no clue how to fly and look at my surroundings at the same time - almost flew into some power lines. I then stopped flying manually and created a waypoint route in the previous dji app version. I brought this mission into Propeller and there it was. My first ever stockpile measurement with a drone. Fast forward seven years and this is a common practice in the way we do business. Solid ground control >> Plan mission >> Fly >> Process >> Team gets quantities. #construction #personalbrand
Apr 2026Leadership First Sometimes the entire organization is toxic so it permeates to management A toxic boss often undermines your confidence through micro-management or inconsistent expectations, creating a workplace environment defined by fear rather than growth. To reclaim your peace, maintain a detailed "paper trail" of all interactions and establish firm professional boundaries that prioritize your mental health while you explore a strategic exit. Your thoughts please…..
Apr 2026I know many of you out there refuse to look at the project’s BIM model. And that’s fine, everyone has their reasons and adoption takes time. But if you make it a habit to look at it for five minutes before you pour concrete, it can save you thousands of dollars. Trust me, I see this happen time and time again on different job sites. #construction #bim #vdc
Apr 2026You used AI this week. Don't lie. Maybe for a client email. Maybe for research. Maybe for a document you needed in 20 minutes instead of 3 hours. You are not alone. Every lawyer I talk to uses AI. Almost none of them talk about the part that keeps them up at night. So I will say it out loud. You have no idea what AI did to get you that answer. Not really. You saw the output. You did not see the reasoning. You did not see the assumptions. You did not see the three moments where it could have gone wrong. You trusted it anyway. Because the deadline was real. And the output looked right. I get it. I would have done the same thing. But here is what changed my mind. John Walker is 69 years old. Four decades of legal practice. Not a rookie. Not someone cutting corners. Last year he used ChatGPT for a brief. Filed it without checking. At least 11 of the cited cases did not exist. He stood in court and said: "It shocked me. It embarrassed me. I've had sleepless nights ever since." The judge fined him $1,000. Ordered AI training. But 40 years of reputation took a hit that no fine can measure. And he said something that I cannot stop thinking about. "To this day it blows my mind it has that capability. I don't have a good excuse." He is right. There is no good excuse. But there is a reason. Nobody gave him a way to see inside. No trail. No reasoning. No visibility. Just an answer that looked right. That is not a John Walker problem. That is a systemic problem inside every law firm using AI right now. The Fifth Circuit said it plainly: there is no end in sight. Two cases per day. Every day. Across the country. Meaning the next one is being filed right now. Here is what I want you to honestly ask yourself: If a judge asked you tomorrow to walk through exactly how your AI reached its last conclusion step by step would you be able to do it? If the answer is no, that is the gap. That is what Prevalid closes. Not another AI tool. An accountability layer. So that before your name goes on the document you can see every step. Every source. Every assumption. On your device. Under your control. No cloud. No subscription. No blind trust. I am building this for lawyers who refuse to choose between speed and safety. If that is you, I want to hear from you. One question: What would change in your practice if you could see exactly how AI reasoned before you filed? 👇 Comment below. I read every single one.
