Apr 2026🏔️ 🏴 Yr Wyddfa was summitted yesterday in aid of the charity Horatio's Garden . Team RWK Goodman were privileged to share the challenge with Amanda, a wheelchair user, who was just sensational. Putting her trust and faith in a group of people to help her to accomplish her goal and the physical strength she exhibited was awe inspiring. I was and still am lost for words to describe the feeling when we reached the top. Thank you for the opportunity to share this experience, to everyone who donated and to the amazing group of people who I have the privilege to call my colleagues. Apr 2026It is always rewarding to support a client on their growth journey, especially when it involves a significant financing achievement. We are pleased to announce that our longstanding client Z Hotels has secured £79 million in long-term financing from Metro Bank. Given the size and complexity of this transaction, our cross-departmental team worked collaboratively to meet a tight deadline. This financing not only strengthens cash flow but also enables further investment in Z Hotels' London portfolio. It refinances the group’s original development finance arrangements and secures long-term investment funding for two key properties in central London: Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. Apr 2026Now I have moved into a self-employed consultancy solicitor role it seems prudent to explain the type of legal work I do. ☀️Today's topic: Divorce & Financial Settlement Advice 🏵With the online portal available to the public it is possible to start divorce proceedings yourself. The process has been simplified & it is easily accessible. If you prefer I can manage this process for you. 🌼It remains important to understand the financial claims that you can bring as a result of your marriage, for captital (lump sum), property adjustment, pension sharing Orders and Orders against income for spousal maintenance in life and death. 🌸You can prejudice yourself or be prejudiced & suffer financial loss if the Final Order in Divorce is made by the Court before you have reached a financial agreement then approved & sealed by the Family Court. ☀️I can faciliate an exchange of financial information between you & your spouse, understand from you what you hope to achieve, provide clear legal advice as to what a reasonable financial agreement will look like, negotiate on your behalf & prapare the agreed terms into a Consent Order for Court approval. 🏵Should it be necessary to litigate in the Family Court (after other options like Collaborate law, mediation or arbitration have been considered) I can represent you in those Court proceedings until a Final Order is made by the Court. I will always be the solicitor acting for you. I do not have set targets. I can focus on the client & their needs as my top priority. #Divorce #financialagreement #FamilyCourt #legaladvice #divorcelawayer #familylaw
Apr 2026Had a great day yesterday attending the Enterprise Living rebrand to Freedom Living at Mount Battenhall in Worcester with Lara Hourihan (Evans) & Sarah Goodridge It was an absolutely great event thoroughly entertaining from start to finish. This was my second visit to this beautiful location & it’s such a lovely setting. The development is so peaceful, and the way the historic building has been repurposed is really special. Excited for the future and working with this lovely team. A thoroughly enjoyable day, thank you for the invite Sam Byrne James Cobb (rock star!) ☺️

Apr 2026Words can’t express the sadness we (me, the HR team and the firm) feel about this news. I was lucky to work alongside Jess for over 6 years, witnessing her passion for HR, EDI and Cadbury Chocolate Fingers (especially when pregnant with Inés)! Her strength, courage and unwavering positivity left me in awe. Sharing her journey took a bravery very few have and I know it brought a lot of comfort and support to many. My thoughts and love go out to Matt, Stanley, Inés and her parents/family 💛🕊️
