Behind every successful project, seamless delivery, and well-managed transformation, there is a strong PMO driving alignment, governance, execution, and accountability. On International PMO Day, I want to recognize and appreciate all PMO professionals who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring structure to complexity and clarity to execution. PMO teams are far more than coordinators of timelines and reports—they are strategic enablers who keep organizations focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven. Their ability to balance stakeholder expectations, manage risks, and ensure operational excellence often becomes the foundation of business success. To every PMO professional: Thank you for your resilience, leadership, discipline, and unwavering commitment to delivery excellence. Your work may not always be the most visible, but its impact is felt across every successful initiative. Wishing all PMO members continued growth, recognition, and success. #InternationalPMODay #PMO #ProjectManagement #Leadership #DeliveryExcellence #Transformation
May 2026AI is an incredible tool. But somewhere along the way, we may have started outsourcing too much of ourselves to it. Today, every #email sounds the same. Every #presentation has the same polished structure. Every #LinkedIn post feels generated from the same #template . Worse, people who struggle to write a coherent paragraph on their own are suddenly #publishing articles, books, thought leadership pieces—even opinions they never truly formed themselves. The concern isn’t that AI is becoming intelligent. The concern is that humans are becoming intellectually #passive . We are slowly losing the friction that builds/nurtures original #thinking : - struggling to write, - learning to communicate clearly, - refining ideas through effort, - and developing a unique voice. AI should enhance human #intelligence —not replace the need to think. Because if everyone sounds perfect, polished, and identical… #authenticity becomes the rarest #skill in the room. The future won’t belong to people who can use AI. Almost everyone will. It will belong to people who can still #think independently without it. Disclaimer: No AI tool was used to write this post (pun intended). #AI , #ArtificialIntelligence , #HumanIntelligence , #Leadership , #Innovation , #CriticalThinking , #FutureOfWork , #AIEthics
May 2026CSMs don’t have a strategy problem. They have an execution bandwidth problem. Too much of the role is still spent in stitching together data, prepping for interactions and translating follow-ups. That’s not where value is created! This is exactly why we at CS Angel invested in Monocle The thesis is simple: - Reduce day-to-day friction - Embed into the CSM workflow - Return time to customer impact Not another layer of tooling. Not more dashboards. But automation that shows up in the flow of work - because the next phase of Customer Success isn’t about more insight; It’s about scaling high-quality execution. Read more about the investment in the link below. Curious where others are seeing this land. Where is AI actually improving execution vs. just adding another layer? Apr 2026Big shift coming from Salesforce—and it’s bigger than just a feature update At #TDX26 , the spotlight was clearly on #Headless360 — a move from UI-driven apps to an API-first, agent-powered platform. No screens. No clicks. Just AI agents + developers interacting directly with #data , #workflows , and #logic . Build anywhere, deploy everywhere — while Salesforce handles #context , #governance , and #scale . Developers and coding agents can access the full platform from tools like #Cursor , #Claude , #Codex , etc. — bringing Salesforce capabilities into external dev environments. 3 core innovations introduced: 🔹 MCP tools & coding skills → Full platform access for agents 🔹 Experience Layer → “Build once, render anywhere” (Slack, WhatsApp, Voice, etc.) 🔹 Agent governance tools → Control, test, and evaluate agent behavior in production This isn’t evolution. It’s a redefinition of how #enterprise #software gets built and used. Read more at: https://lnkd.in/gckJxD-k .
