May 2026Not to overshadow Tim Cook's announcement earlier today, but after three and a quarter incredible years, this is my last week at Travelport. When I joined in 2023, the company and its industry faced a slow post-pandemic recovery, accelerating industry embrace of NDC and other forms of multi-source content, a rapidly evolving competitive landscape, the emergence of agentic and generative AI in the travel sector, and relentless pressure from our global customer and supply ecosystem to modernize at speed and at scale. You know... the kinds of things that get me out of bed in the morning. I'm proud of what we built together, from advancing our cloud modernization strategy to rebuilding our core travel tooling and API infrastructure to scale and respond to our customers' ambitions. On the way, we reformed our engineering and operating practices to move faster and with more confidence. Some of you even learned just how far a strained analogy can go. With the final pieces of our AI-ready TripServices API infrastructure in place, it was time for me to move onto my next challenge. I leave with deep respect for the colleagues who showed up every day and did hard work with real care. Travelport is a company with genuinely talented people and a mission that matters in the global travel ecosystem. I'll be rooting for its success, hopefully more often than not from first class. I'm not quite ready to share what's next, but I'm excited. Very excited. For now, I want to savor everything we did together at Travelport and honor my talented team of engineers, architects, and program managers. I couldn't have done it without you and I hope you all think the same of me. Stay in touch and tell me how the story continues! Thank you, Travelport. Onward. ✈️

Apr 2026The next battleground ? Booking has been optimised for years. That’s no longer the battleground. Servicing is, especially in uncertain times when events drive changes to consumers flight and travel schedules around the world. The real competitive advantage in travel will come from: 1. Speed of resolution 2. Clarity of communication 3. Ownership of outcome Not just price or content. Because when disruption happens, customers don’t compare options. They compare experiences. And they remember who made it easy. Make that you, underpinned by Travelport https://lnkd.in/e-pSTKg4 #TRAVELPORT
