Another excellent year at the VC Platform Summit! Great to be back with my True Search colleagues Steph Paris , Rhoda Longhenry , Glenna McCray , and Carley Johnson . Here are my takeaways: ❇️ AI has arrived in the world of Platform in a massive way. ❇️ Former VC platform “low-code-no-coders” have become the ultimate “vibe coders.” The level of AI utility and creativity was off the charts. If you’re looking for any self-taught AI tooling aficionados, look no further. ❇️ Security limitations on AI tools are holding some funds back from competing with their AI-native counterparts, especially on the speed/volume of value delivery. ❇️ Learning aptitude is becoming more critical than pedigree or past experience. Get curious and start building something. ❇️ Conference room air conditioning is still below zero. Dress for a ski trip and you won't get sick. Huge thank you to Vanessa Camozzi and Dhinuka Perera for co-hosting the "Parenting in VC" session with me.
