Update: Jarvis is real. I'm using it. A month ago I posted about everyone having their own Jarvis - someday soon. Someday is now. My files are connected. My emails are connected. And instead of jumping between 6 tabs to figure out where a project stands - I open one dashboard. Current status. Blockers. Stakeholders. Their positions. Everything, in one place. Claude has taken over the grunt work - the stuff that was eating 2 hours of my day and leaving me mentally drained before the actual work even started. And here's what surprised me most: the moment someone else handles the noise, you realize how much of your "working" was actually just managing working. Organizing, tracking, chasing, updating. That's gone now. What's left is the actual thinking. The actual building. And it turns out - that part is genuinely fun. We're at V0. It's rough around the edges. But V0 of something that works is infinitely more powerful than V∞ of something that's just a demo. Jarvis isn't a concept anymore. Wild times. Exciting times. 🚀 P.S: Image below is just a demo dashboard, real one looks ammmazing. #ai #claude

LinkedInCustomer Journey

You aren’t stuck in your career; you’re just carrying a weight that was never meant to be yours forever. Joseph Campbell called this the Camel phase—the first step in a psychological transformation we all go through, whether we’re on the retail floor or in the boardroom. Most of us start as the Camel. The Camel is the beast of burden. It kneels and asks for the heaviest load to prove its worth. In the professional world, this is the "Yes" phase. You say yes to every project, every KPI, and every grueling inventory audit. You don’t question the system; you just try to out-work it. We’ve all been there—surviving on caffeine and discipline, following the corporate "Thou Shalt" without hesitation. But the desert eventually teaches you a hard lesson: being the best at carrying a heavy load usually just gets you more weight, not a seat at the table. To move forward, the Camel must become the Lion. This is the stage of the "Sacred No." In retail strategy, this is where true leadership is born. It’s when you stop accepting "standard industry practice" as gospel. It’s looking at a legacy process or an outdated customer journey and having the guts to say, "This doesn't work anymore." The Lion phase is terrifying because it requires you to slay the "Dragon" of this is how we’ve always done it. It’s the moment you stop just managing tasks and start owning the direction. Most people stop here because the Lion’s path is lonely, but it’s where your actual value is found. Finally, the Lion becomes the Child. This is the "Sacred Yes"—a state of pure creation. At this stage, your expertise is so deep it feels like intuition. You aren’t fighting the market or the system; you’re playing with it. You anticipate what the customer wants before they even know they want it. Work stops being a grind (Camel) or a battle (Lion); it becomes a craft. You’re no longer proving yourself; you’re expressing yourself.

If you want to understand virality, do this. When you scroll up in your shorts or reels feed, pause at every single video. Please visit the creator's profile and review the view counts for their last 25 videos. Compare the average views of the last 20 posts with the one you just watched. You will see the virality ratio. There could be many reasons for virality. - Deviation from your usual content type - Hold rate on new viewers of the content - In line with the recently picked trend And when you dig enough, you will easily see that 80% of the virality is manufactured by - By spending money on promoting the content - Paid PR to make it sound viral - Creator collaboration Compare the viral post's engagement rate with that of non-viral posts, and you will get to know whether it is promoted. And the platform also wants it this way. They need manufactured virality to drive revenue and keep non-paying creators believing organic reach still works, which keeps supply flowing.

LinkedInPerformance Marketing

A thought I am pondering over the weekend. Do automated ads improve marketing for brands, or worsen it? I was trying to learn from another industry where execution is made simpler. Let's take derivative trading in India as an example. It was made simpler over the last decade. More people are starting to trade. Outcome: 90%+ traders losing money. I am seeing a similar trend in performance marketing as well. One-click campaign launch makes it easy to create and launch campaigns. But it is currently leading to a situation where 90% of the Brands won't generate one rupee in revenue for every rupee of ad spend. Not profit, Not GM, Revenue. Most brands that are not ready for ads yet will try them because they are easy, not because they need them. Only one company makes a profit from making marketing easy. The Platforms.

Seeing strong momentum in the shift from traditional monitoring t oward predictive operations. Conventional monitoring has long focused on detecting issues after thresholds are breached. A more advanced operating model is emerging — where monitoring platforms are being enhanced with intelligent analytics, event correlation, automated response logic, and collaboration-driven alerting to help identify risks before they become outages. Capabilities driving this evolution: @ Predictive failure detection @ Intelligent anomaly analysis @ Event noise reduction through correlation @ Automated root cause insights @ Real-time collaborative incident response @ Progression toward self-healing operations This is moving operations beyond: # Reactive monitoring # Static threshold alerting # Manual response models Toward: > Predictive intelligence > Proactive risk prevention > Autonomous operational resilience Early outcomes from this approach are showing value in reduced alert fatigue, faster response cycles, stronger service reliability, and improved operational resilience. 💡 The conversation is no longer just about monitoring infrastructure. It’s about engineering systems that can anticipate, adapt, and respond intelligently. That’s where the future of operations is heading. #PredictiveMonitoring #AIOps #Observability #Automation #InfrastructureMonitoring #ITOperations #DevOps #SRE #DigitalTransformation #OperationalExcellence #IntelligentAutomation
