🚀 New saga in motion 📊🔥 #MomentDataCommerce Episode 1 of 3 — “When an Event Gets Hot and Changes Its Nature” Less traffic does not mean less Hot. It may mean more intent. I just published the English remix of the first episode of my new Digital Commerce Capsule saga on Medium. This saga was not created to cover events. It was created to interpret moments. Moments when digital commerce stops behaving only like a campaign, a promotion, or a traffic peak — and starts operating as a concentrated sensor of the ecosystem. The first case is #HotSale #Argentina 2026. Not because this saga is only about Hot Sale, but because this event left a very powerful signal: 📉 Less traffic. 📈 Higher conversion. 📱 Strong mobile dominance. 🛒 Fewer carts, but more completed decisions. 🧠 A more prepared, selective, and intentional consumer. For years, we measured massive convenience events like Hot Sale, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday with an immature metric logic: more visits, more traffic, more carts, more orders, more revenue. But mature events require better questions. The real question is no longer only: “How much did we sell?” The real question is: What did the event reveal about intent, trust, friction, execution, margin, and ecosystem maturity? In this first episode, I explore why Hot Sale 2026 should not be read simply as “growth” or “cooling down.” It should be read as a more selective, more demanding, and more revealing event. A compressed X-ray of modern commerce. As I write in the article: “The consumer arrived with the cart already built. Hot Sale was the trigger, not the inspiration.” And also: “Traffic measures curiosity. Conversion measures trust. Recurrence measures habit. Profitability measures design.” That is the core of #MomentDataCommerce . Not data as a report. Data as learning infrastructure. Not events as campaigns. Events as ecosystem sensors. Highly recommended for teams working across ecommerce, retail, marketplaces, payments, logistics, data, AI, marketing, CX and digital transformation. #MomentDataCommerce #DigitalCommerceCapsule #HotSale2026 #Ecommerce #RetailDigital #Commerce #MobileCommerce #AI #Data #Conversion #CustomerIntent #CommerceGrowthOS #BlackFriday #CyberMonday

[English] Another valuable step in my international MBA journey! First time at VTEX Day and I’m still impressed by the scale of the event. Over 25,000 people per day at São Paulo Expo — seeing the entire ecosystem in action really puts things into perspective 🚀 It was great to finally meet many of my teammates in person. In our day-to-day, we work from different offices across the world, so being able to connect face to face, exchange ideas, and learn how ecommerce and business strategy are approached across different markets adds a completely different dimension — and it’s something I really value 🤝🌎 Being there for the launch of VTEX Vision 26/27 was definitely a highlight. Getting a closer look at the product roadmap and how VTEX is transforming IA into real commerce impact made it all feel very tangible 💡 Events like this are a great reminder of how fast the industry is evolving — and how important it is to keep learning, sharing, and building together ✨

What an incredible energy last week in São Paulo! VTEX Day 2026 has officially wrapped, and my head is still spinning from the sheer scale of innovation at the São Paulo Expo. This wasn’t just another ecommerce event; it felt like a front-row seat to the future of how we buy and sell. Here are my biggest takeaways from #VTEXDAY : 🤖 The AI Revolution is No Longer "Coming... It’s Here The legend "Protagonists of a New Era" couldn't be more accurate. VTEX’s shift toward an AI-native commerce suite is a total game-changer. We’re moving beyond simple chatbots to sophisticated AI Agents that actually handle the heavy lifting, from autonomous post-sales to real-time voice commerce. 💻 Hands-on with the Future I had the chance to jump into some intense platform demos. Seeing the VTEX AI Workspace in action was a highlight. It’s fascinating to see how autonomous agents can now optimize operational costs and decision-making in real-time. 🤝 The Power of the Ecosystem Beyond the tech, the human side of the event was just as powerful: Old friends and new faces: It was wonderful to reconnect with long-time customers and partners to see how their journey has evolved, and equally inspiring to meet new brands looking to scale. 🌎 Global Team Reunion The best part? Finally getting the band back together. There’s nothing like the energy of brainstorming with colleagues who usually only exist as tiles on a Meets screen. Huge shoutout to the crew for making this trip so memorable: Juan Pablo Zamora, CMX , Julieta C. , Marina Andrea Racciatti , Igor Martini Ferreira , Tomas Deane , Samuel Negrão , Larissa Neves, CMX , Daniel Viana , Thiago D. Garcia, MBA, CMX , Diego Fernando D'vera Cuadros , Luisa Braga , Laura Pujol Garcia , Joaquin Pereyra , Luis Kaplan , Lucas Ganly , Yuriko Huayana 🚀 , Prakash Gurumoorthy São Paulo, you’ve been amazing. I’m heading home with a full notebook and even more excitement for what we’re building next #VTEXDay2026 #Ecommerce #Innovation #AI #Networking #DigitalTransformation
