May 2026Happy to share, I've started a new adventure at PK Waterbouw as finance/IT manager. After a great time at Wella Company with the best colleagues you could wish for, it's now time for a new challenge. Back in Amsterdam I will explore the world of finance, and combine it with managing the IT infrastructure.
Apr 2026International Women’s Day is Sunday. Today at The Wella Company - U.S., a few of our female leaders (Michelle James, Kelly Pennington, Sreejita Juergens, Jessica V., and Supriya Vohra) facilitated a wonderful virtual event focused on women’s mentorship. They shared their career journeys, what mentors meant to them, and lessons from personal female mentorship that have served as beacons during their careers. An inspiring and engaging hour…and it reinforces the dramatic impact that can be created simply by investing a bit of time and nuggets of wisdom in each other. Coincidentally, my career began with several women managers--Jean Thomas, Lynn Ambrosia, Kathleen Parker, Sharon Rothstein—each of whom were great bosses…and valuable mentors. Happy International Women’s Day!
