May 2026Things I'd never do when buying a new phone... I’ve been deep in the data for our latest phone guides for Which? and Which? Tech recently and, while putting those together, it hammered home what actually matters when you're shopping for a handset. I’ve pulled out these 5 key tips that I think are the most important for anyone looking for a new phone right now. Best Buy or Great Value, regardless of their other scores. 🔗 Link in the comments for full details on which brands/phones are succeeding and failing And, my name may be on the article, but it was a Which? Team effort. So, I wanted to thank Sarah Hiscock , Paul Lester , Jacob Compton , Neal Rimmer, Ph.D. , Dr Steph Kipling , and Ella Boldron for all their work and help putting it together. #smartphones #consumerrights #techsecurity #biometrics #digitalprivacy
