May 2026Still can’t believe it’s been 9 years Workhuman ! Lots of amazing milestones celebrated over those years 🎉
May 2026Really looking forward to this one! At Workhuman we've been knee deep in putting AI to work on some of the most complex platform modernisation challenges you can throw at an engineering org! I'll be talking about what that actually looked like: how our AI enablement squad rolled out Claude Code, how we used it to accelerate enterprise-wide migrations, and what the numbers told us when we looked back! See you in Valencia Zartis ✈️ #AISummit2026 #AITransformation #Zartis
May 2026The business may be doing fine, but ask the employees running it how they're doing. 72% of workers say their company's profitability and growth are good or great. Only 26% are planning to look for a new job this year. On paper, that looks like stability. But the same survey found that 51% feel more pressure than they did a year ago. 48% end most working days mentally exhausted. And nearly half say work used to be a better experience than it is today – including workers with less than a year of tenure. (In other words, it’s not just those with longer tenures remember “the good ol’ days”. New employees are also feeling nostalgia for better times.) We've spent years talking about the relationship between employee experience and business performance like they're the same variable. This data says we should be looking at them separately. Organizations can post strong results and still be quietly depleting the people who made those results happen. The pressure isn't showing up in the financials yet, but it is showing up in the people. These data come from Workhuman's 2026 Humans at Work Barometer – 6,024 employees across 10 countries. Link in comments. What's the pressure level at your organization right now, and how would you know if your employees were struggling even when revenue numbers are looking good?
May 2026Most organizations are sitting on a goldmine of workforce data and don't even know it. Every recognition moment is a behavioral signal. The question is whether you're using it. If you're at #TR26 , join me, Meredith Pettengill , and the Workhuman team to learn how mid-market leaders are turning recognition data into real retention and engagement outcomes without the complexity or cost. Stop by booth 631 or catch our session. Let's talk. @Workhuman @WorldatWork #TotalRewards #HRTech #EmployeeRecognition #HumanIntelligence
Apr 2026For mid-sized and growing organizations, culture doesn’t evolve slowly, it takes shape in real time. That’s why I’m excited to be hosting an upcoming panel at Workhuman Live with leaders who made a very intentional choice: not to treat recognition as a program, but as a lever to guide their organizations through growth and change. We’ll get into: - what prompted them to invest in recognition in the first place - how they approached getting it right from day one - and why embedding recognition into everyday leadership behaviors mattered more than launching something “new” What I’m most looking forward to is the real talk - how you create clarity, momentum, and consistency across an organization when teams are lean and resources are tight. Because in mid-sized companies especially, “good enough” recognition doesn’t hold up for long. 👍 https://lnkd.in/euTcGJDj
