🚀 Just shipped something exciting — built an LLM inside Databricks using Genie, and it changed how I work entirely. For anyone working in the data space, you know how much time goes into writing queries, debugging code, and building dashboards from scratch. I decided to explore whether AI could take some of that weight off — and the results genuinely surprised me. Here's what I built: Using Databricks Genie, I set up a large language model (LLM) that acts as an intelligent assistant directly within the Databricks environment. Instead of manually writing every SQL query or Python script, I could simply describe what I needed in plain English — and Genie would generate the code. How Genie helped me: 🤖 Code generation — Genie auto-generated SQL and Python code based on my natural language prompts, cutting down development time significantly.
