Expanding TiVo Ads has been a major focus for us at Xperi Inc. Matt Milne , President of TiVo Ads, was recently interviewed by Richard Draycott of The Drum , and it’s worth a read. Matt touched on several themes that I think are especially relevant right now: - TiVo’s core mission remains the same. We've always been about giving consumers more control over how they experience content and TiVo Ads is an extension of the same philosophy. Today, the focus is on creating advertising experiences that feel more relevant, engaging, and better integrated into the content journey. - Discovery has become one of the most valuable layers in media. In a fragmented streaming landscape, helping people quickly find what they want to watch is key. TiVo’s role is to surface what's relevant, what viewers are actively looking for, and even what they may not yet know they want to watch. That discovery moment is also where attention is most valuable. - Independence matters. As Matt put it, TiVo is not trying to compete with its customers by building TVs or creating content. Instead, we serve as a neutral layer that helps partners improve discovery, engagement, and monetization while maintaining control of their brand and customer relationships. We see a lot of opportunity ahead for TiVo and I’m excited about the momentum we’re building as we continue to evolve the platform. Matt’s full interview: https://lnkd.in/gfief7hq
May 2026I’m always proud to see the many ways the Xperi team comes together through our Xperi Cares initiatives. Most recently, we partnered with Love For Our Elders , a nonprofit dedicated to easing social isolation among older adults through handwritten letters and intergenerational connection. Thank you to everyone who participated. Learn more about the organization: https://lnkd.in/gvT7KyQU
May 2026This week we launched the DTS AutoStage Broadcaster Portal Premium, a new standard in radio intelligence that advances our existing broadcaster portal to provide radio stations with the most timely listening analytics available on the market. Most radio listening occurs in the car, and only a tiny slice of that audience is represented in traditional listening analytics. Our new premium tier opens up a much wider window into listener behavior, generating metrics from the car, and delivering intelligence with unprecedented speed and scope for smarter programming decisions, stronger audience connections and new monetization opportunities. See our press release for more details. For a live demonstration, feel free to stop by our booth (C2259) during the 2026 NAB Show in Las Vegas, April 18-22. https://lnkd.in/eVn6Y74m #NABShow2026 #DTSAutoStage #DTS #radio #broadcastradio Xperi Inc.
