Here's a quick demo of the hiring tool (v3) I'm building. Built and powered by Claude, deployed to Vercel, supercharged by Supabase. The tool is meant to make our TA Team's lives just a bit easier ☺️ What I included: • JD Simplifier: Translates technical job descriptions into plain-English recruiter briefs. Strips the jargon, surfaces what the role actually needs, and generates tailored screening questions. • Market Intelligence: Provides compensation benchmarks, competitor landscape, and talent pool analysis for any role and location. • Intake Meeting: Generates questions to ask the hiring manager before scoping a role, covering must-haves, interview process, team context, and what good looks like. • Interview & Scorecards: Builds structured interview guides with behavioural questions mapped to competencies, plus post-interview scorecards for consistent panel evaluation. • Sourcing Strategy: Produces a sourcing playbook, think Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, adjacent titles, and a channel strategy across job boards and passive pools. • Candidate Finder: Searches publicly indexed profiles across LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio sites, and speaker bios. • Outreach Sequence: Creates A/B outreach messages and a 4-touch follow-up sequence tailored to the role and candidate context, with Xplor's content baked in. • Debrief Facilitator: Structures post-interview panel debriefs with discussion guides, and a framework for reaching a clear hire/no-hire decision. • Candidate Feedback: Drafts progression, rejection, offer, and process update emails, personalised to the candidate and stage. • Offer Negotiations: Builds a prep playbook for offer calls, including key selling points, likely objections, and escalation options based on the candidate's situation and motivators. • Screen Feedback Loop for Recruiters: Let's them log hiring manager feedback after each screen and turn it into coaching notes. • Recruiter Performance: Tracks screening history across roles, surfaces patterns in calibration, and shows where a recruiter's instincts are strong or drifting. I know some of the tools have limitations (they rely on web search and LLM knowledge when not connected to third-party providers), but I still think they do a good job if you don't have access to other platforms. Still saves you from a lot of manual work. I think the third iteration of the the assistant has become very useful ☺️ At least, I find it useful because I wish I had this tool at my fingertips a few years ago. Though I will let our team decide shortly 👀 Would love to hear your comments and feedback.
May 2026A HUGE day for Mariana Tek. We've been building toward this for a long time. Mariana Tek was built around the boutique class experience... and that was intentional. But from the very beginning, we knew we'd add appointments. With the push into wellness and more and more personal training sessions becoming part of the traditional studio experience, we're here!! Appointments booking is live on Mariana Tek... and it has the same premium, seamless booking experience clients already know and love on the class side. Every interaction with your brand deserves that same feel. So excited we're at the finish line of a major team effort! https://lnkd.in/efUW6j87
May 2026Small daily Habits “With a good thought begins a good day.” — Mahatma Gandhi Many people wait for the “perfect moment” to change their lives. More motivation. More time. More energy. But real transformation usually starts much smaller. That’s exactly what Atomic Habits by James Clear explains so well: It’s rarely one massive decision that changes your life — it’s the small daily habits that compound over time. A good thought in the morning is therefore more than just a motivational quote. It can become a mental and biological shift in direction. 👉 A glass of water before checking your phone 👉 5 minutes of morning daylight 👉 A few deep breaths 👉 A protein-rich breakfast 👉 Speaking to yourself with more kindness 👉 10 minutes of movement instead of chasing perfection 1% sounds small. But 1% every day can change far more than most people realize. Because the nervous system does not only respond to major events. It responds to repetition. Maybe better days do not start with having everything under control. Maybe they start with one good thought — and one small step forward. May 2026Structure Over Motivation How Clients Really Change Their Patterns Most people do not fail because of a lack of knowledge. They fail because of: overwhelm emotional dysregulation lack of structure goals that are too big a nervous system stuck in chronic stress Stress eating, lack of movement, or “poor nutrition” are often not discipline problems. They are regulation strategies. Many people try to create change through pressure. More control. More discipline. More restriction. Sometimes that works short term. Long term, the system often collapses back into old patterns. Why? Because an overloaded nervous system is not searching for perfection. It is searching for safety, relief, and fast regulation. If sustainable change is the goal, something else is needed: ✔ reduce resistance ✔ create safety ✔ build small wins ✔ shift identity ✔ automate repetition The goal is not perfection. The goal is: 👉 The new behavior must become easier than the old one. That is where real transformation begins. Not through shame. Not through pressure. But through structure, understanding, and small actionable steps. Because people rarely change through force. But they often change through clarity, repetition, and self-efficacy. — Birke Ulmer – Health Consultant K3-Reset birkeulmer.de #StressManagement #BehaviorChange #HealthCoaching #K3Reset #Mindset #SelfEfficacy #EmotionalRegulation #StressEating #HealthyHabits #Nutrition #Movement #NervousSystem #MentalHealth #Longevity #ExecutiveHealth #BurnoutPrevention #SleepHealth #HealthTransformation #Wellbeing #HealthConsultant

May 2026Vaping People might think vaping is “just harmless water vapor.” Biologically, that is incorrect. Vape aerosol can contain: • ultrafine particles • nicotine • heavy metals • aldehydes • flavoring chemicals And these substances can irritate lung tissue and increase inflammatory stress in the body. What many people also underestimate: 👉 Children inhale this aerosol too. Their lungs are still developing. Their airways are smaller. And their nervous systems are more sensitive to environmental stressors. Possible effects linked to vape exposure: • coughing • wheezing • airway irritation • chest tightness • headaches • worsening asthma symptoms Some people also report: ⚠️ facial redness ⚠️ skin irritation ⚠️ rosacea-like flare-ups Why? Because nicotine and inflammatory compounds may affect blood vessels, oxidative stress and skin barrier regulation. Two real studies: 📚 Wick et al., 2022 Impact of e-cigarette aerosol on human lung cells: https://lnkd.in/d67BnAi6 📚 Costantino et al., 2024 Second-hand e-cigarette exposure associated with asthma exacerbations in children: https://lnkd.in/dh3cAtsp The important distinction: Vape aerosol is not harmless steam. Especially not around children. May 2026Some people feel like home. Not because they try to impress. Not because they speak the loudest. Not because they always have the perfect words. But because their nervous system feels safe to yours. There is something deeply human about authenticity. You can feel it. No performance. No hidden agenda. No emotional chaos behind polished sentences. Just presence. Calm. Consistency. And that kind of trust changes people. It lowers stress. It opens communication. It creates psychological safety. In relationships. In friendships. In leadership. Even in business. Many people underestimate this: Trust is not built through perfection. Trust is built when words, energy and actions match over time. Some people walk into a room and your body exhales. That feeling matters more than most success metrics. Because in a world full of noise, authenticity feels like home. — Birke Ulmer Health Consultant | K3-Reset 🌐 birkeulmer.de #Authenticity #Trust #Leadership #EmotionalHealth #MentalHealth #StressRegulation #PsychologicalSafety #K3Reset #PersonalGrowth #Wellbeing #HumanConnection #LinkedInCreators
May 2026Sirtuine - They keep you resilient under stress. A longvity hack? 🧬 Most people think aging starts in the mirror. Biologically, it starts much deeper: inside the cell. One of the most fascinating systems involved in this process is the interaction between Sirtuins and NAD+. And no — this is not just another “biohacking trend”. This is real cellular biology. --- What are Sirtuins? Sirtuins are a family of proteins (SIRT1–SIRT7) found in almost every cell of the human body. Their role is critical for: ✔ DNA repair ✔ energy production ✔ mitochondrial function ✔ stress adaptation ✔ metabolic regulation ✔ inflammation control ✔ cellular survival You can think of them as: 🧬 cellular regulators helping the body stay resilient under stress. --- Why NAD+ matters Here’s the important part: 👉 Sirtuins cannot function properly without NAD+. NAD+ is an essential coenzyme required for: ⚡ ATP production ⚡ mitochondrial energy generation ⚡ cellular repair processes ⚡ metabolic communication ⚡ activation of sirtuins The problem: NAD+ levels tend to decline with: ❌ chronic stress ❌ poor sleep ❌ metabolic dysfunction ❌ chronic inflammation ❌ physical inactivity ❌ aging itself And this creates a vicious cycle: Lower NAD+ → weaker cellular regulation → less energy → poorer stress resilience → increased metabolic instability --- What research is currently exploring Science is actively investigating: 🔬 fasting & sirtuin activation 🔬 exercise & mitochondrial health 🔬 polyphenols like resveratrol 🔬 NAD+ precursors such as NMN & NR 🔬 healthy aging & metabolic flexibility Important: Not every anti-aging claim online is scientifically sound. But the underlying biology behind mitochondrial health, stress adaptation and metabolic regulation is highly relevant. --- Healthy aging is not built on shortcuts. It is built on: 🧠 nervous system regulation 🏃 movement 🥗 metabolic stability 😴 sleep quality 🧬 cellular adaptability That’s where modern prevention begins. — Birke Ulmer Health Consultant | K3-Reset Health with brain and understanding. ♡ #Sirtuins #NAD #Longevity #HealthyAging #Mitochondria #CellularHealth #MetabolicHealth #StressManagement #Biohacking #ATP #Sleep #Inflammation #PreventiveHealth #K3Reset
May 2026Hormones & Stress - Our Regulation System After 40, many people think they have a motivation problem. Biologically, that’s often not true. What changes is the regulation system behind the body. ⚠️ Stress hormones become dysregulated. ⚠️ Blood sugar becomes unstable. ⚠️ Sleep quality declines. ⚠️ Hunger and satiety signals shift. ⚠️ Recovery becomes weaker. ⚠️ Hormonal balance changes. And suddenly people experience: - exhaustion in the morning - energy crashes during the day - cravings at night - poor sleep - stubborn belly fat - reduced resilience Not because they are lazy. But because the body is operating in survival mode. The problem: Most people try to solve a biological regulation issue with more willpower. But health is not built through constant self-pressure. It is built through understanding the system: 🧠 stress regulation 🥗 metabolic stability 🏃 movement 😴 recovery ⚖️ hormonal balance You are not “broken.” Your biology is asking for regulation.
