I’m happy to share that our team won second place at the Futury x Techem X hackathon with Techem EcoCoach! 🥈🚀 We developed an AI-powered energy coaching app featuring Teco, an interactive avatar designed to support more sustainable and energy-conscious behavior. The most exciting part for me was shaping the product from a real customer and business need into a concrete MVP concept and bringing it to life through the app prototype. This included: * AI Logic & User Flow: Mapping out how Teco interacts with and guides users. * Behavioral Design: Using small habits to drive bigger savings. 🌱 * Business Strategy: Defining the value proposition and technical feasibility. This experience reminded me why I enjoy product work so much: the challenge of turning complex business problems into practical digital products that are human, useful, and feasible. This is also what I enjoy about hackathons: the creativity, the fast building, the testing of ideas, and the energy of turning ideas into something tangible. A big thank you to Futury , Techem Energy Services GmbH , Techem X , and everyone involved for organizing such an inspiring experience and for bringing together such great people and energy.
