1. What we collect
We collect your name, city, mobile phone number, and the content of conversations you have with our assistant. This includes call recordings and transcripts when you choose to call. We also collect technical data such as device type and the time a page or link was opened.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your interest in selling your home, to have a licensed local agent follow up, and to measure whether our messages and assistant are useful. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messaging
If you receive a text from Zeer, it is a single message. Message frequency: one message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP or email team@zeer.ai for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Mobile information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Call recording
Calls with our assistant are recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of every call. Recordings are kept for up to thirty days after the end of the program they belong to, then deleted, unless we need them to resolve a complaint.
6. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us send messages, host calls and store data. They work under contract and may use the information only for those purposes.
We may share your name, city, phone number and what you told the assistant with a licensed real estate professional who follows up with you.
7. Your choices
Opt out of texts by replying STOP. Ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you by emailing team@zeer.ai.
